This Big dude built this back with nothing but pull-ups. Somehow they're still the most underrated exercise in the gym.

Everybody is so fixated on his age, as if being 19 makes you incapable of lifting that kinda weight. In 1966, Arnold Schwarzenegger was already bench pressing 165kg at 19. Almost 60 years later, with advancement in PEDs, training, and nutrition, you think young athletes ain’t capable of achieving even more?
350kg/765lb by a 19 year old is so impressive. This may actually be 1 in a billion

That's not 198 lbs. No woman is casually doing lateral raises with that weight. It's 44 lbs.
90 kg for lateral raises, that's some impressive strength.

Go to the gym during peak hours. You'll notice 4 types of people: 1. The guy who sits on the bench scrolling his phone for 10 minutes

Doing unilateral raises is just dumb and a total waste of time, why not just press both arms together??
With heavy dumbbell presses, both arms have to work independently. One side can’t rely on the other to keep the movement balanced. That’s why coordination and control become increasingly important as the weight gets heavier.

@grok is this account known for fabricating lies about the Portugal National team?
🚨 BREAKING: JOÃO NEVES, NUNO MENDES AND VITINHA REPORTEDLY UNFOLLOW CRISTIANO RONALDO AS TENSIONS IN THE PORTUGAL NATIONAL TEAM CONTINUE TO GROW! 😳 Fresh controversy has reportedly erupted within the Portuguese national team, with João Neves, Nuno Mendes and Vitinha all allegedly unfollowing Cristiano Ronaldo on Instagram. Reports surrounding the situation suggest that the tension goes beyond social media, with claims that some players have become increasingly distant from Ronaldo and no longer communicate or even greet the Portuguese captain as they once did. The alleged frustration is said to come from a growing feeling among some players that they were doing the hard work on the pitch, putting in the performances and carrying the responsibility, while Ronaldo continued to receive the headlines, attention and recognition. In other words, some players reportedly felt that their contributions were being overshadowed by the attention surrounding one man. If these reports are accurate, then this is becoming a serious situation for Portugal. Ronaldo has spent years being the face of the national team, carrying the expectations of an entire country and leading Portugal through some of its biggest moments. But now, with Pepe retired from international football and more reports of tension emerging, questions are being raised about the relationship between Ronaldo and some of his younger teammates. But why do they hate Cristiano Ronaldo???

350kg at just 19?! Nah, this has to be unreal. No way a human is moving that kind of weight at that age.

Arnold used steroids to look like a statue. Ronnie used them to look like he escaped a lab. The difference wasn’t the drugs
Arnold and Ronnie Coleman both used steroids, yet Ronnie ended up looking like he was built in a completely different universe. So what was the difference? Did Arnold not push himself hard enough, or was Ronnie's genetics simply on another level? Because the size difference is INSANE

Arnold was built like a Greek god. Ronnie was built like a different species. Both ran gear. One had the genetics of a myth, the other had the genetics of a mutation.
