Being human is hard, how can one not despair?
But the heart tap tap taps away "love, love each day, and the pain goes away."

Literally what's the point of blue states being blue if their Democratic tycoons-turn-governors shield billionaires from tax hikes as millions are thrown off healthcare?
Isn't the point of voting blue supposed to be electing Dem leaders who don't just do what Republicans do?
Whose side are you on, Gavin Newsom?
You can’t call inequality fatal to the country & then become the face of Sergey Brin’s cynical campaign to ban wealth taxes on billionaires.
YES on Prop 40, NO on Prop 42

Since I started asking Grok questions, I’ve received an unprecedented wave of DEATH THREATS every single day from Jewish users, demanding I stop or they’ll get my account banned.
Some have even threatened to use photos to create AI-generated pornography and send it around in Norway.
All this for asking QUESTIONS.
How is this tolerated on X?

A simple economic reality is that the middle class will spend their additional wealth, stimulating the economy. The wealty hoard it, and use it to undermine governments to their advantage.
Trickle down economics killed the American dream.

Meta employees admitted the US corporation censored the Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp accounts of Brazil's left-wing President Lula da Silva in the lead-up to this month's election.
Meta also promoted the accounts of far-right pro-US candidate Flávio Bolsonaro.
Meta claimed this was supposedly because of "technical issues".
But what this really shows is how real democracy is impossible when US Big Tech corporations are used to manipulate elections around the world, to put in power right-wing US puppets who will sell out their country to US corporations and the US government (see: the recent US electoral interference in Colombia, Honduras, Peru, Argentina, etc.)
The CIA previously focused on organizing military coups to overthrow independent left-wing leaders and install right-wing pro-imperialist ones. Now it's much easier: Silicon Valley helps the US empire carry out soft coups by manipulating public opinion and interfering in elections.

Palestinian teenagers saved an American photojournalist from settlers who were beating her while the IDF stood by with machine guns.
Will our government leaders ever take a stand?
@SecRubio @GovMikeHuckabee @VP
I would tag the President but it’s pointless.
“Let me die,” American photojournalist Heidi Levine repeats to journalists Jasper Nathaniel as they try to outrun masked Israeli settlers who attacked her on Friday while she covered the olive harvest in the West Bank village of Abu Falah, near Ramallah.
Around 80 settlers attacked Palestinian olive harvesters in the village, AP reported. The Palestinian Red Crescent said it treated six people injured in two attacks in Abu Falah.
Levine, a freelancer for the Washington Post, told the Committee to Protect Journalists that the settlers knocked her down and kicked her for at least 10 minutes, even after she identified herself as an American journalist. They stole her camera, phone and bag. She was eventually taken to a hospital in Ramallah.
"The IDF provided cover, with tear gas and machine guns, while the settlers beat" Levine "nearly to death," Nathaniel wrote, adding that soldiers then shot a Palestinian bystander and aimed their guns at and shoved paramedics trying to treat him. AP photos and circulating videos show Israeli soldiers standing over a wounded Palestinian man after they shot him.
Andrey X, an activist also at the scene, said a Palestinian man "saved our lives from the settler-terrorists who attacked the olive harvesters and journalists” armed only with a slingshot.

A majority of the 635 children held in Israeli prisons in 2025 were put in solitary confinement, usually for between one and two weeks – some up to eight times.
92 per cent of those children had not been sentenced.
A third had not even been charged with an offence.
The world's highest court says Israel is an apartheid state. Its decades-long occupation is illegal.

An elderly couple drove three hours upstate to visit the national park overlook where they got engaged fifty years ago.
They pulled up to the historic stone ranger station at the canyon entrance.
The wooden gate was down, and the ranger booth had its windows blacked out. A metal placard bolted to the stone pillar read:
"Recreation Area Now Fully Digital. Timed-entry reservations and day use permits must be booked in advance online. No entry permits issued on site."
Cellular service at the mountain pass: zero bars.
The husband walked around the booth looking for a park ranger. A maintenance worker emptying a trash barrel told them:
"They eliminated the gate staff two seasons ago. If you don't have a pre-downloaded barcode on your phone from the reservation website, the automated license plate cameras will trigger an administrative violation notice in the mail if you drive past the gate."
An elderly couple stood at the boundary of millions of acres of public land land preserved specifically for all citizens to access locked out because an automated system requires an advance digital reservation for the privilege of looking at the sky.
They turned the car around and made the three-hour drive home in dead silence.
Public parks belong to the public. The moment you lock nature behind an app and a server connection, you aren't protecting public land you’re turning the wilderness into an exclusive gated community.
They spent my whole life trying to convince me that the guy singing about healing the world and giving half of his wealth to feed the hungry was evil, but the billionaire thief who built a computer empire and used it to further eugenics was the good guy.

Context: she is a 3 years old orphan who lost her father at the beginning of the genocide, and in this photo two days ago she is staring at her mother burning to death in an air strike by the Israeli army in Gaza Strip.
So.. Why?

Type of shit you can do when you don't have to fund and defend Israel in their 7 wars of choice
For what it's worth I am putting my thoughts for the very important California Midterm Ballot measures (a thread):
#CaliforniaBallot #Election2026 #Midterms
Prop 1: Yes. We genuinely need help with affordable housing.
Prop 2: Yes. Since California cannot run a deficit.
Prop 40: Yes. It's not perfect, but it is our last chance to tax billionaires in the state.
Prop 41, Prop 42, Prop 43: NO NO NO! Billionaire class tricks to dupe unsuspecting voters to give away their power. Even if you vote No for Prop 40, please don't vote yes on these!!!
