恭喜 Alex @odagius ，去年在纽交所路演见面时Alex还是YziLab的合伙人。Alex当时给了我们项目路演材料不少的中肯意见。他肯定能带领BNC更创辉煌！

这是今天BNC 的敲钟活动上，站在CZ 旁边的BNC 现任CEO @odagius Alex的剧本
21年他加入Binance Labs 时是投资经理，25年升任YZi 投资合伙人，26年出任BNB 财库公司 BNB Standard（BNC ）的CEO
对了，Alex 的年薪 52.5万美元，还有年薪75%的奖金也就是39.3万美元的目标奖金，现金上限大概 91 万美元左右。对于市值只有几亿美元的公司来说，这个很合理
收入大头是股权：授予前流通股的 2.5%，按照敲钟是$5.5价格计算大概是 677 万美元
其中40%是他在这个位置干到一定时间就自动归他，还有60%是 PSU（绩效股）
这个CEO 的60%绩效股考核方式很有意思，有三个指标：
1⃣股价相对 BNB 涨了没有，股价要跑赢BNB价格（权重35%）
2⃣每股净 BNB，让每股对应的 BNB 越来越多，这个应该BNB拿去质押一般都会增多（权重35%）
3⃣收入覆盖率，公司收入能不能把自己的运营开销盖住（权重30%）
