Signed up for a free "Freedom 250" event or bought 250th merch? Your data may have been secretly harvested by Trump’s campaign.
Our investigation found Trump used America’s 250th birthday to harvest Americans' data to try and influence the upcoming midterm elections.

House Natural Resources Committee Ranking Member @JaredHuffman lays out one of his investigative priorities if Democrats take the gavel next Congress: the Trump administration’s critical minerals deals.

Yosemite is a national park, not a bargaining chip for private developers.
@RepJimCosta, @SenAdamSchiff, @SenAlexPadilla, and I are demanding an end to the proposed Yosemite land transfer. Our public lands belong to the American people - not the highest bidder, not political insiders, and certainly not Donald Trump.
I’ll continue to do everything I can to keep our public lands in public hands.

I’ve been against Trump’s arch from the start. Now, his own National Park Service is even admitting the harm this thing will cause.
Do you know how we could avoid this harm? Don’t build the stupid thing.
Trump has already left his gaudy mark on Washington. I won’t stand by while he tries to make his ego a permanent fixture of its historic landscape.
NEW: Trump admin says its 250-foot arch will harm dozens of historic sites, including the Lincoln Memorial & Arlington Cemetery, but must proceed anyway.
This is despite its own finding that it will loom over the graves of America's fallen & interfere with burials as it goes up.
New: Federal officials acknowledge that Trump's planned 250-ft-tall arch will harm nearby historic sites, but say it must proceed.
The “adverse effects cannot be fully avoided,” Park Service officials wrote in a document obtained by The Post.

Agua es vida. Water is life and key to Tribal sovereignty.
My bill passed committee today to help the Navajo Nation and Taos, Nambé, Pojoaque, San Ildefonso and Tesuque Pueblos recover lost settlement funds and build water infrastructure.
It already passed the Senate thanks to @SenatorLujan. Now, let’s pass the bill in the House!

The clock is ticking, Trump.
We’re coming full force for your slush funds, sweetheart deals, donor kickbacks, vanity projects, family enrichment schemes, and every other way you’ve spent taxpayer money on yourself and your friends.
The investigations are underway. The receipts are piling up. And the American people are going to find out exactly where their money went.
Democrats hope to retake control of the House in November’s midterm elections, and to use that power to probe President Trump’s business ventures, legal maneuvers and policies.

Trump and his puppet Lee Zeldin have a vision for the EPA that is entirely backwards: big polluters come first, and Americans pay the price.
I know science is hard for these guys, so let’s put this more simply: gutting science-based standards so giant power plants can pump more climate pollution means more extreme weather, dirtier air, and more of us footing the bill.
BREAKING: The EPA is eliminating a rule that limits planet-warming pollution from coal and gas-fired power plants. apnews.com/article/epa-power…

This administration is completely out of touch with Americans. While groceries and rent are through the roof, they’re racing to build Trump’s tacky gilded arch that will desecrate our nation’s most sacred ground.
The arch is a ridiculous, rushed, and poorly planned monstrosity that disrespects our veterans and will disrupt flights and the people who live here.
I’ve been fighting against this with my Democratic colleagues since the start, meanwhile Republicans have stepped aside to let Trump and his lackey Burgum plow ahead. But it will be a different story next year when they have to face a Democratic Congress that will do some real oversight into this lawless admin.

Public reporting indicates the Trump administration is proposing a deal to give a part of the Yosemite National Park to a private developer.
That land belongs to the American people.
We will not allow this scheme to proceed — period.

We are close finally to properly honoring Tom Paine, the extraordinary author of Common Sense and the Rights of Man, the too often unsung hero of the American Revolution and champion of democratic freedom.
I testified before @NRDems on my legislation with @RepSpartz to put Paine's already-unanimously approved monument in a place of dazzling prominence on our National Mall. Let’s make it happen!

I don’t need to engage in insults because I show up with receipts.

This is beyond disturbing. Trump is making major money off the war he started. And the longer it goes on, the richer he’ll get.
Innocent people have died – including brave US servicemembers. Americans are struggling under soaring prices from the war. Our allies are suffering from the global disruptions this is causing.
But Trump is doubling down on his Big Oil investments with no plan in sight to end his war.
We’ve passed multiple War Powers Resolutions in the House, including one I introduced, and will keep fighting to stop Trump’s war.
