Hello @AAGDhillon you have Netflix directly violating the law, here.
Why is Netflix advertising this fully remote software engineering job in the Seattle Times Classifieds this week - but the same job isn't listed on their career website? We bet a lot of Americans would take a fully remote job at Netflix for a $750k salary!

I guess the toughest thing to face when you start to realize what is being done to us is that we are paying for it and our politicians expect us to keep paying. When I see our taxes going to companies that hire foreigners or provide benefits to illegals instead of Americans... It reminds me that this is nothing new, our founders were not a fan of this either.

The Brahmin caste inside India use rape against lower caste women to “keep them in their place.” So, they do use rape as a weapon of control, which is why we see Hindus sending those threats to us online as well. It’s cultural for them.

Don’t blackpill. The @USEEOC is taking real action to protect American workers from anti-American discrimination. Two recent actions: 📍 PLANO, TEXAS — “ONLY H-1B.” The EEOC sued recruiting agency Sibitalent, alleging it refused to refer an American applicant for a California tech job. After he questioned the recruiter’s “ONLY H-1B” requirement, the recruiter stopped communicating with him. According to the lawsuit, Sibitalent then referred candidates of Indian and Nepali origin for the same position. 💵 NOVADOZ — $116,666 SETTLEMENT. The EEOC found reasonable cause to believe Novadoz allowed Indian employees to work remotely from India for personal reasons but denied an American employee’s disability-related request to work remotely within the United States. The resolution includes monetary relief, policy changes, training, and two years of reporting to the EEOC. Equal opportunity includes Americans. Employers and recruiters cannot use unjustified visa requirements as a proxy for national origin discrimination—or favor foreign workers because of their national origin. ▶️ Watch my video: nitter.cf/USEEOC/status/20994941… 📚 Know your rights. Read the EEOC’s educational materials on discrimination against American workers: eeoc.gov/discrimination-agai… If you believe you have experienced national origin discrimination, contact the EEOC promptly. Strict filing deadlines apply. Details on these enforcement actions: eeoc.gov/newsroom/eeoc-sues-… eeoc.gov/newsroom/novadoz-ph…
Every day, American workers face discrimination simply because they’re American. Laid off and told to train your replacement—a guest worker visa holder? Passed over, excluded, or harassed just because you’re American? That’s national origin discrimination. It’s illegal, and the EEOC is fighting back to protect workers of ALL races who are American.

Texans can’t do all the work about Indians. Where are the Californians? Where are the Georgians? Where are the Virginians? Where are the Ontarians? British Columbia? You guys need to be pulling your weight now too.

🚨 THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT TRUMP’S NEW H-1B ORDER IS TARGETING. An H-1B worker says their employer completed the PERM labor-market test on September 7. Eight days later, the company had layoffs. Now immigration says the PERM filing cannot proceed because of the layoff-related requirements. Trump’s September 18 order directs agencies to consider whether H-1B sponsors laid off similarly situated American workers within the previous year. Lay off Americans while sponsoring foreign workers? Now the layoffs matter. Trump’s order is only weeks old. This is exactly the kind of situation it was designed to address. @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @StephenM @SusieWiles47
🚨 BREAKING: THIS IS HUGE. THE WHITE HOUSE JUST PUT AMERICAN LAYOFFS DIRECTLY INTO THE H-1B REVIEW PROCESS. President Trump signed a new executive order TODAY. Federal agencies are now directed to consider whether an H-1B sponsoring employer: Laid off similarly situated American workers during the previous year OR Plans to lay them off in the future. And there’s more. The Labor Department has 30 DAYS to begin reviewing previously submitted H-1B Labor Condition Applications to determine whether action against sponsoring employers is warranted. Think about the implications. A company lays off thousands of American tech workers. Then turns around and says it needs H-1B workers. The government is now explicitly being told: LOOK AT THE LAYOFFS. This is exactly the question companies should have been forced to answer all along. whitehouse.gov/presidential-…

Another day, another flight out of Nevada for Aaron Ford. After 420+ days away and counting, Ford is in Los Angeles chasing California politicians and wants to bring their politics here. I won’t let him turn Nevada into California 2.0.

I'm going to enjoy my weekend, while I make others weekends an absolute nightmare. Enjoy. 💅☕️
THE BIG CLUE I have in my possession a collection of documents from multiple Aivion and Adroit informants proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that these two IT staffing companies are forging immigration documents. This document here was generated by Adroit stating that a worker was approved for a Change of Immigration Status. In this photo below, which I am protecting the workers by cloaking all the IDs on it, I will tell you now: this document is forged. I have proof that it was forged. THIS IS A FEDERAL CRIME. Specifically: 8 U.S.C. § 1324c, and 18 U.S.C. § 1546 PER FORGED DOCUMENT I can even tell you which printer in their office they printed it out from. This is ultimately what I intended to show @FBIDallas, but I just don't have any faith they'll do anything much less understand my technical explanation. So, I'll leave it there. Visa Fraud is everywhere in the system. I have spent this entire summer proving it to you. Even immigration lawyers are now backtracking. They used to state it never happens. Now they don't even want to lay down their profession to protect bodyshops anymore.

Generational Call to Action ** This one is for Boomers and the older half of Gen X. You are the ones still in the chair. Director. Plant manager. Hiring manager. The person who can say no when the consultancy slides a stack of resumes across the table and calls it a talent shortage. Push back. Your kids and grandkids are walking into that market right now. Millennials who did the degree and still got benched. Gen Z sending applications into silence while the foreign student in the same class had an offer in junior year. They are not lazy. Remember every generation was called lazy when they used modern methods. They are competing against a pipeline that was built to go around them. It is time to fight back and subtle moves can make dramatic shifts. You watched the Boomer layoff. Loyalty did not save the desk. You watched Americans train their replacements and then get walked out. You know the script. Shortage. Best and brightest. Temporary. You don't deserve the job. None of it was temporary. So use the seat while you still have it. When the req opens, post it where Americans actually look. Ask HR where did you post this, let me see the req. When the body shop calls, ask for the American applicants they passed over. When somebody says we cannot find people, ask what the wage is and who got interviewed. When a manager only calls for people from his region thousands of miles away, that is not a skills gap. That is bias and it is illegal. Foreign labor is not a favor to your children. It is a wage decision dressed up as kindness. The person who benefits is not the kid trying to rent an apartment on a first engineering check. You do not need a speech. You need to hire one of them, refer one of them, and refuse the stack that skips them. They are entering the workforce on your watch. Do not hand the door to someone whose whole plan was to use it and leave. Meanwhile- GenZ - stop the hate if you expect the job interview. Nobody is hiring a hater for their team.

If employers ghost you because you are a US Citizen, file a charge with the EEOC
Think it’s legal to have job ads and recruitment that boils down to “No American Need Apply”? Think again. @USEEOC is fighting back. EEOC just sued Sibitalent, alleging it refused to refer an American applicant for a California analyst job after a recruiter sent him an email marked “ONLY H-1B.” Title VII protects American workers from national origin discrimination. Illegals: A Warning to Americans: Since ~2019, I have tracked caravans of illegals from So America to the US. I interviewed them, followed them into cartel towns and jungles, and observed all that they were willing to do — sell themselves, go without food, steal, risk every kind of danger, make Faustian bargains, etc. — to get to the US. Always I had this feeling, a memory, really, from my years of studying history, that I couldn’t put my finger on, but it was trying to penetrate my conscious being. Then it came to me: They are tougher than Americans. Writing on the fall of Athens, historian Will Durant said, “Nations are born stoic and die epicurean.” That is, nations are born amidst struggle and hardship and collapse as seekers of pleasure. I said I had a memory of sorts that was trying to find expression, and it ran along much the same lines as Durant’s observation. I remembered that Rome collapsed, not in a day, but over the course of centuries that accelerated into decades, as wave upon wave of uncivilized Germanic tribesmen, “illegals” so to speak, poured across the empire’s northern frontier and eventually sacked Rome itself. Rome had been built on strong, large families; unity of purpose; and the hard work of its people. Its armies were, at its height, citizen armies. Men fought to preserve what they knew and loved. Near its end, Romans were a lazy, self-indulgent people who paid others to do their fighting. Infanticide, which was common throughout Rome’s history, became a capital offense and a woman who aborted her child, also common, could be executed or exiled. This wasn’t due to any moral considerations, a recognition of the personhood of an unborn child, or anything like that at all. It was a much too late recognition that with the dramatic decline in the size of Roman families as prosperity increased, came a decrease in tax revenues and an over-reliance on foreigners to fill the ranks of the army — all of which would prove disastrous for Rome. Sound familiar? All of this was somewhere in the back of my mind, a feeling at first, as I observed the third worlders making their way by the millions to our borders. I saw them in the violence of Africa, the intrigues of the Middle East, and everywhere there is misery south of our border. Generally speaking, they are a people inured to suffering (theirs or that of others), are accustomed to death, unaccustomed to the comforts Americans take for granted, have lived in nothing but squalor, do not share your views of private property or civil discourse, view violence as a part of daily life, lack even the most basic education, and have little sympathy for the low pain threshold of Americans. These are the people coming to take your inheritance from you. Coming from a “might makes right” world, they know no other policy. They have no vested interest in preserving American law or culture, and that is because it isn’t their heritage and they don’t understand it. Democrats seem to think they will be immune from all of this because they foolishly believe these newcomers will view them as benefactors. They do not. I’ve met them, been in their cardboard camps, walk with them on trails, heard their hopes and dreams, and in none of it is there such nuanced thinking. America is, for them, a ripe fruit theirs for the taking. Once you open the castle gates and lower the drawbridge, you no longer control the outcome. Indeed, you have surrendered it. And why are Democrats willing to do that? Because they hate Americans more than this still ill-defined rabble, and they don’t understand what’s coming. These people are tougher than you, and they don’t give a damn about you. Be careful how you vote. The future you hope for will be, I promise, very different from the rosy one media promises you. I’m speaking from firsthand experience.
