McDonald is getting a FREE PASS. Despite blasting the couple at point blank range with four rounds of buck shot, as they screamed in terror, he is being allowed to claim that he was just "illegally deer hunting in a residential neighborhood" and it was a "hunting accident."
This is #NotSatire. This is one of the most extreme FREE PASSES for a killer I have ever seen.

Kristofer McDonald fled the scene. However, one of his friends was apparently a CI for local law enforcement and "snitched." He was immediately released under terms that he would stay at his father's house and only leave the house to go to work.
At some point, he apparently violated these terms severely enough that they took him back into custody.
On this day, three years ago, a troop of street thugs shot 17 people in the Ybor City entertainment district of Tampa, FL.
Elijah Wilson (White), 14, and Harrison Boonstoppel (Black), 20, were killed.
Three Black males were arrested.
Aspiring gangster rapper, self-described "drug dealer," and lead suspect Tyrell Phillips allegedly went ape when some people waved at his girlfriend. Local authorities falsely classified him as "White."
He is a Mulatto who self-identified as racially Black.
Phillips and Dwayne Tillman Jr. are in county jail awaiting trial. Details on a 3rd suspect named Kayden Abney are classified due to age. Abney was only 14 at the time of the mass shooting.
