On this day in 2017, Darnell Rogers shot and killed a couple on a motorcycle in Saint Louis, MO. He was only caught because of a 2020 prison phone call. In a shock miscarriage of justice, the office of radical Soros-funded Kim Gardner gave him a FREE PASS. He was given a 10 year plea deal in which the ten years would be served concurrently with his existing prison time! This meant the sentence only added a few years to his existing sentence for other crimes.

If he was doing say 10 years for another crime the 10 years they gave him adds zero time to his sentence

He also served a few years of the first ten years when he was sentenced. So it was concurrent with the remainder of the original ten year sentence. Only adding a few years overall.
