Only 2 Americans got hired out of 82 total residents.
They didn’t just cheat a test.
They cheated the gateway into US medicine.
In 2024, USMLE canceled test score of 832 foreign doctors after detecting suspicious patterns at test centers in India, Jordan, Pakistan, and Nepal.
Investigators later found that leaked USMLE questions were being circulated through Telegram, WhatsApp, and other private channels.

Among its current Internal Medicine residents, graduates of Pakistani medical schools make up:
PGY-3: 5 of 20 = 25%
PGY-2: 3 of 19 = 16%
PGY-1: 13 of 21 = 62%
The newest class isn’t just more international, nearly two-thirds of the entire class attended medical school in Pakistan.

In October of last year I said TMZ cut the Wave Neighborhood doorbell video to hide a blue car that pulled up in front of that house while the suspect in black ran behind it. On the far bottom right you can still see the roof of that car and two people getting in: a man in a white shirt and a woman.
Go through it frame by frame. The man in the white shirt was not walking up from the street. He was standing inside the garage looking out. When the car arrives he runs down the driveway and gets in with that woman. They leave at the same time the suspect is behind the house. Seconds later the suspect comes out of the backyard and runs up the driveway toward the street. Something comes off him. It looks like his shoe or some object he accidentally dropped on the concrete as he was running. He does not turn around. He does not pick it up. It stays there on the driveway.
Watch the zoomed, slowed clip and ask yourself...
What the man in the garage was doing?
Who is the woman with him?
What did the suspect drop on the concrete?
Why did TMZ intentionally crop the car out of the video?

Yes, you read that right.
Police say they planned it, disabled his truck so he couldn't leave, beat him with rocks, bragged about leaving him for de*d... and bond was set at $12,500.
His name is Yordanis Herrera.
On June 11th, he was at the Sanibel Boat Ramp with his wife.
According to the arrest affidavits, three men pulled into that parking lot in a white BMW and a black Ram pickup.
They found his Ford F-150.
Police say they slashed the tires so the truck wasn't going anywhere.
Then they hid in the bushes around the lot and waited for him to come back.
When he did, investigators say all three came out of the bushes holding ROCKS and surrounded him.
He tried to run.
Police say Hansel Pompa Mauri tackled him from behind, forced him to the ground, and held him there.
Then, according to the affidavit, Dayan Estrada De Armas and Roberto Antonio Estrada De Armas beat him with the rocks OVER AND OVER in the face.
By the time it was all over, he had deep lacerations and hematomas to his head and face.
Police say one of them was RECORDING IT while it happened.
Police say Pompa Mauri stomped on his phone and destroyed it.
Then all three left.
A witness told police she saw the white car heading north on Causeway Boulevard... right past Yordanis's wife, who was still on the beach.
And someone inside yelled: "We left him there de*d."
IT GETS WORSE.
Nothing happened for almost THREE MONTHS.
All three are charged with conspiracy and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Bond for the two men accused of swinging the rocks? Just $12,500 each.
Bond for the man accused of tackling the victim and holding him down while it happened? $13,500.
