I am convinced that this operation will benefit the teams of both Reka Cables and @Nexans_, with synergies and development opportunities ahead of them.

We are delighted to announce today that we have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with @RekaIndustrial Plc to acquire Reka Cables.
This acquisition will strengthen our position in the Nordics notably in electricity Distribution and Usages.
