THE SHIFT
As we move forward, many people will lose their minds. Some already have, and others soon will. And no, it is not just stress, mental illness, or pressure from the world. It is something deeper.
We are now in a powerful spiritual transformation. The frequency of this planet is rising rapidly. And when that happens, everything that has been buried comes to the surface: trauma, pain, control patterns, false identities all of it rises up. This is what it looks like when the shadow is exposed by the light.
When people have not done their inner work, when they have built their entire sense of self on fear, trauma, identity, or performance, they begin to fall apart. Coping mechanisms stop working. Masks fall away. And what appears underneath is terrifying for many.
Some spiral. Others explode. Many project their pain onto anyone around them who feels even slightly safe.
What we are witnessing is not only emotional instability, it is spiritual distortion. Attachments, generational trauma, and collective fears are becoming visible because the frequencies no longer allow them to stay hidden. And so, “demons” are becoming more visible. This is not a metaphor. This is what happens when the veil lifts and that energy can no longer hide itself.
But here is the part most people do not want to say out loud: some will not make it. Not because they are bad, but because they refuse to release what is destroying them. They would rather cling to the illusion of control than accept who they truly are. And that is a choice.
Others, those who question everything, who feel lost and unsure of where they belong are not breaking. They are remembering. Because awakening does not feel like early-stage euphoria. It feels like collapse. The structure comes down. Chaos. Like the end of an identity that was never real.
So yes, it will intensify. Polarization will grow. The world will appear to go mad. Some will self-destruct. But others will awaken. This is what it looks like when a planet begins to shift.
If you are grounded right now, stay grounded. Do not try to save people who have not chosen healing. Do not get pulled into the chaos. You are not here to heal everyone. You are here to be a light that anchors the new.
Remain calm as the storm rages and the curtain falls. Everything is energy. Everything is connected. Make a conscious choice to remain balanced and keep your vibrations high.

The reality for the Cuban people is empty shelves and government rations of six eggs a month. My husband told me how his mother would save one egg for his dad and make sure he got the other five.
She made his toys. She made his clothes from old adult clothes. They were lucky if they could get a pig once in a while. Black beans and rice was what they ate every day. If they got a chicken, they saved the meat for my husband and picked the bones for themselves.
They aren’t allowed to eat beef or lobster, those are reserved for tourists and the government. They did what they had to do to survive.
We used to order prepaid cards to reach his family, and there was only one phone per block of houses. Now they have some cell phones. In the last eight years or so, they finally got Facebook Messenger to call family.
The people are starving. Communism enslaves the people while the rulers live lavishly. Their medical care is atrocious.
This is a man who had never seen a store so full.
There we are. Me too, sister. We are evolved spirits wanting peace for our children. We will have peace for our children. We will not let it be taken from us.

They are scared. But what they fear is not a Republican government. It is humans realizing they don't need government at all. They are buying time.

Instead of Space Age carbon fiber or aluminum-lithium, SpaceX is building its Starship rocket out of stainless steel.
Stainless steel is easy to weld, far cheaper, and under the right conditions, it has a similar strength-to-weight ratio as carbon fiber.
