Our platform is simple—Jewish voters should expect one thing from the Democratic Party:
The spine to clearly and publicly condemn the far-left rhetoric that spreads lies about Israel, excuses antisemitic terrorism, and smears Jewish voters with garbage like calling AIPAC “dark money.”
That’s it.
No hedging. No silence. No pretending this is complicated.
Just 3% of Americans consider Israel/Gaza to be their top issue — so what’s the excuse? It’s not politics, it’s a failure of leadership that needs to be rectified.
Left wing parties in Europe are starting to realize they have been infiltrated by Islamic extremists, but their own fear of social exclusion from left wing circles has kept them quiet.
The Democratic Party needs to learn from their European counterparts before it’s too late.
Abdul El-Sayed’s mother was a card carrying member of the Muslim Brotherhood. His sister has tweeted in support of the Muslim Brotherhood. His sister-in-law was on the terror watch list. His father runs a charity with Muslim Brotherhood members that was raided by the FBI.
NEW from me
Abdul El-Sayed’s father sits on the board of a charity that was busted by the feds for funneling cash to Saddam Hussein just before the Iraq War—and whose offices were raided by both the FBI and the U.S. military

The most important, indisputable fact that’s been lost on the Israel hating left is that tomorrow Israel is holding a free and fair election, unlike… checks notes… every single other country in the Middle East.
“We must sacrifice Jewish safety for the betterment of this country” is not that far from “Jews are standing in the way of making the world a better place.”
Replying to @BradS44w
I do not consider Jews or anyone expendable. And I understand the hurt feelings here. I just ask you to consider all of the issues in front of us and the country. But no one - no one at all - is expendable.

This type of fearmongering about Israel is wrong. It is not a winning strategy for any state. It does nothing to help Michigan Democrats win up and down the ballot in eight days. Do we need to lower costs by building more homes, securing people’s health care, and creating a fairer federal tax code? Yes, we do!! How we do so is not by blaming the high costs of our goods on the only Jewish homeland in the world. I want to see Democrats succeed at every level, and that means keeping our focus on lowering costs for Michigan families and reining in this out-of-control President.
New @RebellionPac ad dropping in Michigan. We have to suffer here at home, so Israel can get all its wars. That’s why they buy politicians like Mike Rogers. He promised to serve Israel “unconditionally,” but never made that promise to you.
RT @ProfDBernstein: If you are a Michigan democrat or independent l and you don’t like El-Sayed but are afraid electing Rogers will keep th…
Ro Khanna has a net worth of $340 million.
30% of CA schools are more than 50 years old. Building a new elementary school in the Bay Area costs $80 million and modernizing one costs $20 million.
If Ro really cares about schools, he should put his money where his mouth is.
From the high schools of France to the streets of Madrid to the universities of Tirana, young people are telling their governments the same thing: in an age of massive wealth inequality, they want a future they can believe in.
In France, students and teachers are asking for safe schools, enough teachers and smaller classes.
In Spain, for affordable rent and housing.
In Albania, for good jobs and an end to corruption.
@JDVance says this is what happens when a nation lets in too many immigrants from the global south.
He is not just morally wrong, but misreading the moment.
The is what happens when nations let wealth and power accumulate in the hands of a few.
This is what happens when young people lose hope in their future.
In America, let us listen to our young.
We need an economic and political transformation.

Yes, El-Sayed signed a letter in Arabic in 2012 calling on the new Muslim brotherhood government in Egypt to crack down on dissenters.
It’s so outrageous that people think that it must be made up right-wing propaganda, but it’s real. 1/
Who’s in El-Sayed’s inner circle?
Meet Imam Mohammad Elahi, founder and leader of the Islamic House of Wisdom in Dearborn and close associate of Abdul El-Sayed.
Elahi served in Iran’s military and at the Martyrs Foundation, an organization sanctioned for financing Hezbollah.
If El-Sayed actually opposed the Muslim Brotherhood…
“Thank you for the question. I want to acknowledge that my family has been in the news quite a lot recently, and I want to begin by saying, unequivocally, that I loathe the Muslim Brotherhood and everything they stand for.”
Today, the right is responding with even more anger at Abdul El-Sayed, because this wasn't supposed to happen.
They expected Abdul to dance around the question while Tommy repeated it and was eventually kicked out. Instead, Abdul disavowed the Muslim Brotherhood and turned the question around on Tommy showing him he was guilty of the very thing he tried to accuse El-Sayed of.
Now the right is pissed even more, because instead of exposing Abdul El-Sayed, they were exposed.

1. His tone. He's snarky and angry and lacking in grace. He's an easily ruffled pit bull of a man. He's not a man in full. He's not a man with much ego strength. He's weak, and his tone -- the petulance, the meanness -- is unbecoming of a United States senator, and in times past candidates would have been embarrassed to address a potential constituent this way.
2. His dishonesty. Tommy, who raises a good question but does a poor job on the follow up, didn't ask this question because El-Sayed is Muslim. He asked this question because El-Sayed has family, starting with his mother, affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood. El-Sayed wants to turn this into race, and that should make voters wary. Race is the province of the stupid and the guilty and the politically unimaginative. It is what you resort to when you have no cards left to play.

“Putting on your big boy pants” doesn’t mean taking the easy way out, following the herd, and voting for a guy who excuses a terrorist attack on children because the terrorist had hurt feelings. It means voting against extremists—even when they’re in your own party.
I am so f*%*ing proud of Lon Johnson, former Chair of the Michigan Democratic Party!👏
Do not pander to the pro-Palestine crowd. Do not give them a platform. Do not mistake appeasement for tolerance.
The destruction unfolding in France is a warning. Any nation that refuses to defend its values risks losing them.
If you’re keeping track, Abdul El-Sayed has yet to condemn the Iranian Regime and Hezbollah, and has refused to address his family’s history with the Muslim Brotherhood.
He wants to serve on the Foreign Relations Committee.
Good for Congresswoman Maloney. Democrats must remember the values and rights we are supposed to defend.
El-Sayed, Mamdani, and the progressive left don’t represent those values. Their vision for America is fundamentally at odds with the principles this country was founded upon.
Israel is not targeting civilians, they are fighting Islamic terror. Jews do not control the world. Jews are indigenous to Judea. There is no genocide. Palestinians are not indigenous, nor were they ever a civilization. Palestinians don’t want a state and they don’t want peace.
James Talarico: "I know that October 7th was the deadliest day for the jewish people since the Holocaust. And I believe that Israel, like any nation, has a right to defend its people. But I don't believe that Benjamin Netanyahu has a right to wage war against civilians, or use collective punishment, or restrict aid to civilians."
Barack Obama’s $909 million presidential library cost the equivalent of 22 brand-new elementary schools or 8 high schools in Chicago.
Imagine what $909 million could have done for the children of Chicago instead.
Former President Barack Obama accused Jews of unjustly taking land from Palestinians during remarks in Northern Ireland on Tuesday, promoting an antizionist distortion of Israel’s history that ignores decades of legal land purchases from wealthy Arab property owners. British government records show Jewish buyers paid Arab landowners the equivalent of roughly $510 million in just three years before Israel’s founding, usually at exorbitant prices.
“What is also undeniable is that they took land off people and they were excessive. And those people understandably said, ‘This is injustice and I want my land back,’” Obama said.
The former president made the ahistorical claims on October 13 during a public talk with journalist Susan McKay at The O2 Belfast, an arena in Northern Ireland. Earlier that day, he received an honorary doctorate from Queen’s University Belfast.

This is all downstream from mainstream Democrats not willing to confront the “genocide” lie from within their own ranks. It is not too late to confront it now. But it must be now.
I see that many democrats love to give this answer “I can relate to Israelis pain re Oct 7, but I don’t support Netanyahu’s war in Gaza”, and I think it’s the easy one, and it’s just false and is not setting the record straight.
The war against Hamas in Gaza as a response to Oct 7 is not Netanyahu’s war. It is Israel’s war, and it’s a just, legitimate one which was supported by almost all Israelis.
So many of the lies about this war (the genocide lie, the starvation lie, the collective punishment lie) were proven to be false, and instead of actually corrective the false narrative, many democrats are terrified of their constituents that believe these lies and instead of correcting it they go with the flow.
