This is true but the family courts are also letting down good fathers who are kept out of seeing their children for long periods due to malicious false allegations. For some reason family courts seem to treat fathers with proven allegations against them better than innocent ones

Parental Alienation has not been "debunked" - it's very real. Dismissing real phenomena is not helpful. Fathers never have the "upper hand" in family court.
