Had a great Sunday. Ran a 5k, played a round of golf with amazing people and with weed at every hole, announced winners for the 8th iron tournament and came home to my wife and dogs.

I wanted to pop in and give a little life update - I’m going to be a bit vulnerable right now 💜 I’m sorry I haven’t been active, I have been really struggling physically and emotionally. My health has taken a dive and I am unable to care for myself many days. I spend most of my day switching between my bed, couch, bathroom floor or in a bath/laying on the shower floor. Last week I was approved for an in home health aid, which I’m thankful for because I know the additional support will help, but it’s really fucking with my head accepting this is my reality. I miss Dan every second, with every part of me. So much it hurts. I wish he was here to hold me and tell me it’s gonna be okay. I genuinely appreciate and love everyone in this community, I wouldn’t have made it this far without your support. Thank you for checking in, showing up, and being a shoulder to cry on 💜
