One of the safetyists, Daniel Kokotajlo, was on the Joe Rogan Experience episode released today.
Ro Khanna then amplified the post to his followers to support regulation.
The effort appears to be a coordinated attempt to silo regulation, effectively monopolizing Anthropic and OpenAI and granting the two companies pseudo-nation-state powers.
