Pointing out on behalf of @TBRacingInit & the great people of the Sunshine State’s horse industry that 80% of the yearlings selling over 2 weeks @keenelandsales will head to Florida for pre-training & preparation to become racehorses.
There is an ecosystem to this industry that extends around the country & we must fight to preserve it. #HorseRacing

We will continue to rely on our allies in the FL Senate & @GovRonDeSantis & work to see that this bill goes no further in the final week of the legislative session. Our @TBRacingInit coalition is united & has made the case to #DefeatDecoupling.
We stand ready to collaborate on the future of Florida’s racing/breeding/training industry to secure a bright future for the small businesses, horsemen & horsewomen who power it every day. #HorseRacing
ALERT: The FL House of Representatives on Friday passed controversial Thoroughbred decoupling legislation by a 70-34 vote.
The language of the bill would establish a five-year time frame before decoupling could go fully into effect in 2030. @thorntontd

We just learned that the #decoupling bill is on the agenda next week in the FL Senate. While this is unfortunate news, it provides another chance for our @TBRacingInit coalition to make the case to #DefeatDecoupling
Meet us in Tallahassee on Tuesday at 12:30 pm & you can sign up in opposition to the bill!! Your name will be read aloud as you wave in opposition!
We have a great lineup to speak against the bill to let Senators know how important #HorseRacing is to the Florida economy.
It is all of us v. Belinda Stronach. Together we will win!!
Florida Republicans should continue to show support for an industry that creates 33,000 jobs and nearly $3.3 billion in economic activity. #DefeatDecoupling

Alright now is the time for anyone who cares about Thoroughbred racing in FL and Nation wide to stand together. The next senate meeting for Bill 408 is this Tuesday April 1st in Tallahassee. We attended the last committee meeting in force but we need more, more people to stand up and show them how much this industry means to everyone. Owners, breeders, van drivers, vets, chiropractors, farm owners, trainers the list of jobs this is going to affect will be detrimental to FL.
Meeting is at 4pm in Tallahassee. Share a ride or we might get a bus lined up take people who want to show support. Please share and go if you can.

It's crunch time to say #NoToDecoupling. We need everyone to share these posts to send a loud message. Horses = jobs. Decoupling exports jobs.

This filly equaled the track record yesterday at @OBSSales with scorching breeze for @OcalaStud
Be cool to see her sire do some good. Grandson of Sunday Silence was brilliant on his day. Won GI Forego over Complexity, set NTR in 7f Pasco (1:20.89), etc.

🔥 There was no denying his presence as he walked out onto the track and #FLBred HADES (Awesome Slew) backed it up with quite the performance in Saturday's GIII Holy Bull Stakes, winning by 2 lengths with Paco Lopez up.
Owned by @DJ_Stable and Robert Cotran, the Joseph Orseno trainee earned 20 points on the Road to the GI @KentuckyDerby. The gelding is now a perfect 3-for-3 with career earnings of $225,000.
