Useless response from @eswater_care
Explain :
The huge disparity between the usage of the houses in the same road.
Your own measurements showed 15,000+ litres of usage in 5 days
The drop in our usage of 30-50% over a 6 month period with no changes to our property.
Your own engineer stating "There is something seriously wrong here...."
The fact your web portal is missing chunks of data
The lack of actual measurement data for the logger (save for scanned illegible graphs)
I literally feel like I'm banging my head against the wall
CCW, @Ofwat and @DefraGovUK see my only route to sanity now.
So it's now 3 weeks since @eswater_care said "Let us look into that for you", and a week since I replied to their last email asking how I used 15,000+ litres of water in 5 days. YOUR OWN ENGINEER SAID THE BILL IS WRONG!
Well @eswater_care finally got back to me after a week, but seem to think the bill is correct, and that I used in excess of 15,430 litres of water... in 5 days. I must have flushed my toilet 1,900 times and not noticed 🤦♂️
Well @eswater_care clearly don't care... Replied to their email yesterday - No response. Replied to two DMs, no response. Perhaps they are looking for the 17,000 litres we apparently used in 5 days (whilst on holiday).... Maybe my email floated away.
So it seems that @eswater_care only really care about profits. Apparently we use the same amount of water as 8 people, but they can't demonstrate how it's possible. Want to charge us to change the possibly (probably) faulty meter, but will increase our Direct Debit - utter joke

After enjoying 38° in #srilanka, we're back to 8° in England! Still, the view down at the #rivercrouch never gets tiring.
So sad that we have leave #srilanka and go home today. Despite the actions of those sick, malign terrorists in the #SriLankaAttack we've enjoyed ourselves so much, and have been truly welcomed in this beautiful country by the #srilankan 's We'll definitely be coming back soon.
This Happy chappy seems oblivious to the trouble in #srilanka but reminds you what a beautiful place this is. instagram.com/paulmcguinness…

Heart breaking news in Sri Lanka but please DON'T stay away. Beautiful island with beautiful people & I'd jump a plane and go back tomorrow if I could. Civil war, tsunami & now this. If ever a country deserved a break, it's Sri Lanka. #SriLankaAttacks #SriLanka

Sri Lanka is my favourite country I've ever visited... The palm trees, the tea, the tuk tuks, curries and most importantly SMILES - that's what makes this country to me, not what happened this weekend. I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise! #SriLankaAttacks

Seeing photos of Sri Lankans queueing up to donate blood doesn't make me never want to visit Sri Lanka again... It makes me want to jump on a flight to Colombo right now! #beautifulSriLanka #SriLankaAttacks
