As the guy who got him into RDC in the first place (through a +1), I have to say that what he did was incredibly irresponsible and selfish.
When he came to me and asked for an invite, he did not tell me anything about his plan to interrupt the RDC stage. He did not mention that once to me, or any of his friends, which Matt himself admitted in his interview with Chris Hansen.

I have known Matt for quite some time (and no, he is not my manager, he's just a YouTube friend who I registered to RDC as a business partner) and he always seemed level-headed and respectful. So when he told me that he wanted to do a simple interview with people there for his video, I decided to give him my +1, because I'm blessed enough to be in a position where I can give a smaller creator this opportunity. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go myself due to plans, but I happily allowed my friend to fill in my role and say hi to everyone for me.
Which is why I was absolutely shocked when I heard about what he did at RDC. In hindsight I definitely should not have trusted him with my +1.
While I sort of understand his thought process on why he did it, I think it was extremely careless of him to pull a stunt like that without considering how it would impact my career, and all of his friends' careers. It also holds back the entire movement because bro what kids are you protecting by shouting "WE DESERVE BETTER" on stage? 😭😭😭
We've talked things out and I've forgiven him, so don't go harass him or anything. But because of his actions, I'm now banned from attending future RDC events and I'm currently at risk of losing my own Roblox account, which is why I'm making this tweet to explain a bit of my side.
With that all said, I apologize on behalf of Matt and to all the people he might've affected or scared at RDC.

making high quality videos are nearly impossible to make enough money back for the amount of time you put into it and unless you get millions of views theres no point in trying to make something insane

Roblox is at an all time low, they just sued one of my good friends in the community and doubled down on the situation and have never been more despised.
I hope that roblox has improved from this and is starting to treat us with respect <3
when i get the chance I'll spend the $30 to play this game because not only do they deserve better but they proved that the roblox community doesnt deserve to have a quality game
