WATCH | Hi Crime watch. Vanhu varara panze. There are ongoing demolitions and evictions at Warwick Farm in the Lake Chivero area, just after Rydale Ridge.
Many families had their household goods loaded into Messenger of Court trucks in the presence of riot police and are being dumped along Oatlands Road. It started yesterday morning, and we don't know when it will end because it is still ongoing.
Please keep me anonymous.

WHAT HAVE WE BECOME AS A NATION? ๐๐ฟ๐ผ
A corrupt government orders councils to destroy peopleโs homes and livelihoods in the name of โcleaning up.โ Bulldozers unavailable for repairing roads suddenly become available to demolish communities. Is this normalโor humane?

As a nation we are in serious trouble with these people. Is this what they get told before coming that Zimbabwean workers have no rights??

Trying to suppress hunger and starvation by telling people to eat porridge leads to these kind of vigilante rebellion by the citizens. The people's anger is at a tipping point. A small spark erupts into this kind of war of attrition!!!

MINING HAS A GENDERED COST.
WHO PAYS IT?
Zimbabweโs critical minerals may power the green transition but mining-affected communities are paying the price through polluted water, lost livelihoods, displacement and environmental degradation.

They also took a moment to express solidarity with the vendors, who are facing government attacks simply for earning an honest livelihood through genuine hard work. Well done, comrades.
The struggle continues unabated!

When opposition leaders and activists are incarcerated and transported from Chikurubi to the courts, they are paraded in chains like tomatoes at Mbare Musika during every appearance. How is it that Comrade Gertrude Badza is so heavily protected that the public cannot find even a single picture of her? Tetichikuonai!!

The current "President of Zimbabwe " is surrounded by criminals, the same criminals who justified the coup that wasn't a coup
Is the "president" senile or compos mentis?
Our future, and generations beyond us, may be in the hands of a man not of sound mind...

This recent by-election result illustrates why it is inappropriate for MPs to elect the President when they've been elected via the First Past the Post system (i.e. highest votes wins even if less that 50% of the vote).
In this by-election, the ZANU PF candidate won with only 45% of the vote, while 55% of voters rejected ZANU PF, voting for various different independents.
Now, imagine this was for an MP seat. That MP (whose party was REJECTED by the MAJORITY of constituents) goes to Parliament to vote for the President on behalf of EVERYONE in their constituency, including the 55% of people who rejected their party!
Make it make sense. #NoToCAB3 #OneManOneVote
