PSW is consolidating access to trade operations through a unified digital platform. As part of this transition, all inactive WeBOC User IDs belonging to users with active PSW subscriptions will be permanently deactivated effective 11 November 2026. Traders, Customs Agents and Shipping Agents are advised to use their respective PSW IDs for all day-to-day operational activities and keep their subscriptions active to avoid disruption. @PSW has signed an MoU with @Phdec_official to strengthen the digital trade readiness of horticulture exporters and processors. Bringing together PSW’s integrated digital trade infrastructure and PHDEC’s sector expertise, the collaboration will address practical barriers to digital adoption and build exporters’ capacity to use PSW effectively. Targeted capacity building will connect digital procedures with day-to-day export operations, enabling businesses to manage submissions independently and retain greater control over their trade information.

#PSW conducted a hybrid #ChangeManagement session for senior management, officers, and representatives from multiple departments of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) #Pakistan, focusing on import and export trade flows through PSW’s digital trade facilitation platform. The session featured walkthroughs of Customs Declarations, the Authorized Dealer (AD) Module, the Centralized Price Verification Portal (CPVP), and the Trade Information Portal of Pakistan (#TIPP)/TradeVerse, highlighting their role in facilitating cross-border trade and supporting related banking processes. A Q&A session provided participants with an opportunity to raise queries and discuss challenges.

To empower the next generation of Pakistan’s trade professionals, #PSW conducted a #ChangeManagement session for BS Supply Chain Management students at @IoBM_Official organized by the Department of Operations, Environment and Supply Chain Management (OESCM), College of Business Management (CBM). Through live demonstrations of PSW and TIPP/TradeVerse, followed by an interactive Q&A, PSW team helped students connect supply chain concepts with the tools shaping Pakistan’s cross-border trade landscape.

As the Department of Plant Protection (#DPP) transitions into @nafsa_pk, #PSW is supporting officers with the knowledge and practical skills to navigate digital trade processes and strengthen regulatory oversight. Through its IRMS Centre of Excellence, PSW conducted two capacity-building #ChangeManagements sessions, engaging over 60 NAFSA officers. The sessions covered the PSW ecosystem, existing DPP module workflows for permits and certificates in the context of the transition to NAFSA, and the Integrated Risk Management System (#IRMS). Discussions on risk profiling, channel selection, governance and post-clearance audit were complemented by live demonstrations of risk rule creation, simulation, deployment and monitoring. At the heart of the sessions was a clear principle: focus regulatory attention where risks are greatest, enabling compliant trade to move faster while safeguarding plant health and food safety.

#PSW has taken another step towards building a future-ready institution by signing an MoU with Innovative Advisory, placing #leadership, talent development, and professional learning at the heart of its continued transformation. Signed by @CEOPSW and Jawad Amin, (CEO Innovative Advisory), the MoU establishes a framework for strengthening workforce capabilities through knowledge exchange, targeted learning initiatives, and academia-industry engagement.
