Today was a great day.
After taking the marketplace pre-live on Friday, we gathered a bunch of valuable feedback over the weekend, and fixed most of them today.
Quick review tomorrow and then off to finishing the build of the big bits like batch listing w/ OCR and pricing AI.

We've validated the need for better data, analytics, and insights.📊 Plus, brands want add-ons like marketplaces and reward programs.
But here's the kicker: another AI marketing app won't cut it. 🤖 Why? Much of the internet runs on 15–20-year-old infrastructure. 🕰️

Surprising fact: €20m+ ARR brands still use Microsoft Navision, dropped in 2018! 😱
They're stuck with outdated tools and can't rebuild their back office. Their core systems—inventory, user accounts, orders—are the real challenge. 🛠️

When we started building Perxify, our premise was that running successful branded e-commerce stores is becoming increasingly difficult for businesses due to the shortage of marketing talent who can effectively analyse business metrics and design optimal strategies to encourage customers to return over and over through rewards, discounts, unique experiences, and more.
By now, our meetings with regional market leaders across the fashion, F&B, furniture, media and mobility industries have validated this belief. Moreover, we have learned that many established retailers with long histories are struggling to adapt to modern demands, often because they lack the necessary processes and tools to compete with resource-rich global giants.
However, we also realised that most of these big-brand e-commerce stores rely on outdated tech stacks. These systems do not support modern customer retention strategies or enable opportunities such as personalised offers, secondary marketplaces, or product traceability. At the same time, rebuilding entire systems on cutting-edge, more powerful infrastructures is often beyond their budgets, limiting their ability to grow with the market.
Most of these brands are still actively seeking opportunities, fully aware of their challenges. Unfortunately, many potential partners attempt to extract maximum value upfront, a model that does not suit their needs.
In recent months, we've held discussions with corporations aiming to expand into new markets, launch sustainable marketplaces, digitise their loyalty and gift card systems, or gain better analytics and insights into their e-commerce customers. Across the board, their situation is consistent: they need solutions but can't afford to invest €50,000 or €100,000 upfront to build them from scratch, especially with the added burden of long-term fixed costs. For most brands, such investments feel too risky without guaranteed returns.
That's where @Perxifycom comes in. We've been designing smart tools specifically for these brands, incorporating innovative features like AI-powered analytics, tradable rewards, and sustainable marketplaces into their commerce activities. We've also recognised that traditional upfront investments or expensive subscriptions no longer work in this market. Instead, we're willing to share the risk with brands, operating on a win-win model by charging small transaction fees only on the new sales we help generate.
We are currently partnering with several regional market leaders, providing shared infrastructure to modernise their digital presence. Some start with loyalty programs, while others jump directly into launching full e-commerce stores and digital marketplaces on our AI-powered Commerce Cloud. Once these initial projects are fully launched, we'll introduce a self-service platform open to everyone.
For now, reach out if this sounds intriguing and you'd like to learn more. Our first partners will have a significant impact on shaping the future commerce ecosystem's design and development.

How Perxify Makes Online Shopping Feel Personal Again
Imagine a savvy shopping experience where the stores seem to know you even better than you know yourself. Envision a vinyl collector such as Alex looking for a rare jazz record that crackles with age, or a style-conscious shopper such as Mia putting together an outfit that turns heads, without the frustrations of buggy interfaces, generic recommendations, or sites that ignore your past purchases and idiosyncratic tastes. Now, envision brands like Nina's boutique sneaker line, armed with tools so sharp they can pivot strategies mid-season, turning data into dollars with precision that leaves competitors scrambling. This isn't a distant dream—this is what we're building with Perxify, a commerce cloud solution that redefines e-commerce by connecting brands and shoppers on a shared infrastructure.
Today's e-commerce landscape is a paradox: overflowing with choice yet riddled with friction. Shoppers hop between sites, battling disjointed experiences that drain the thrill out of discovery, while brands struggle to be heard, their know-how trapped in disconnected silos. Our commerce cloud platform, like Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopify Plus, helps brands build personalised e-commerce sites and marketplaces on a shared infrastructure. This is not an individual site—a networked relationship where a singular account system brings all the stores together, reshaping how brands interact with customers and how customers shop.
Our platform doesn't simply adjust the status quo—it reimagines it. Artificial intelligence foresees desires, building experiences that feel personalised. A linked wallet remembers preferences and previous purchases, allowing stores to recognise you immediately. Trust is established in escrow, securing each transaction, from a €5 souvenir to a €5,000 timepiece. This is commerce as a living narrative, where every click ignites possibility, and every brand has the resources to flourish.
A Shopper's Journey: Tailored, Seamless, Rewarding
Walk into this system as a consumer, and it's as if the grid of shops has been holding out for you. Whether you're seeking a collector's treasure or creating a lifestyle, it takes away e-commerce's typical pandemonium, shaping itself to your desires with uncanny accuracy.
Smarter Shopping: AI That Really Knows You
The network's AI-driven recommendations are more than mere style compatibility. They tap into your "digital twin"—a profile built from your shopping history, brand loyalties, and feedback at each store in the network. Take Alex, a vinyl enthusiast with a jazz obsession. He picks up a rare Miles Davis album and checks out a high-end turntable. Later, browsing a lifestyle store on the same network, a suggestion appears: a walnut-wood lamp perfect for his listening room. It's not wrong luck—the AI weaves his purchases, reviews, and interests across the entire system. This artificial curator has a birds-eye view that no single site could possibly approximate. It's his own treasure hunt tailored just for him, light years ahead of bland suggestions from typical "recommended for you" traps.
The AI also learns from feedback. When Alex rates a product low due to audio quality, it adjusts future recommendations to prioritise sound fidelity. It might even alert him to a new jazz album from his history before he searches for it. Such personalisation keeps him engaged, reducing decision fatigue and turning casual browsing into confident purchases.
Compare this with old-school e-commerce: Alex purchases a record, and the site recommends a popular pop drop—superficial and isolating. Every discovery in our network is cross-store, giving each find that personal touch.
Seamless Experience: Endless Ease and One Account
Ease is what defines the process. One account opens it all up—your digital wallet, the golden key, holds your payment options, shipping information, even idiosyncrasies like watch band sizes or fragrance preferences. Mia, style icon, buys a fashion watch, saves her specs, and days later shops boots elsewhere—size is filled in automatically, payment is seamless, and she's through in seconds. If the boots are too tight, her previous buys are a tap away—no cluttering up with email spam required. Add that to the majority of websites' form hell, and it's VIP service, hassle-free and effective.
Today's standard? Mia moves between shops that treat her as a stranger without knowing her past purchasing history. In this one, her experience flows effortlessly like a river—transparent and safe.
Flexible Rewards: Vouchers That Adapt To Your Life
Rewards are at your beck. Spend €100, and you can get rewarded with a €20 voucher to be used at any time on the network—or exchanged for cash. Elena buys a personalised jacket, gets €30, and weighs her options: a hard-to-get book, €25 for a night out, or towards a designer handbag. It's freedom, not the restrictive loyalty points that expire or trap you with one brand.
Legacy programs? Points tie you to one brand and vanish into thin air. This cross-network flexibility keeps Elena engaged, making her want to go on the next adventure.
Secondary Marketplace: A Circular Economy at Your Fingertips
For bargain hunters or declutterers, marketplaces for pre-owned items hum within the network—Jamal places a camera that he has outgrown, AI prices it at €250 based on network transaction history, and it sells immediately. He tops the money with a voucher for a €30 new lens, and consumer protection secures the deal. It's a circle of confidence where selling is rewarded by buying, all on one platform.
Elsewhere, resale is risky and done via standalone sites. Here, it's merged, AI-priced, and trusted, a circular economy.
Peace of Mind: Trust in Every Transaction
Trust isn't negotiable. Each buy is subject to escrow—Sophie purchases €1,200 runway stilettos, and her payment is pending until they arrive spotless. If not, support intervenes. It's insurance against many sites' "buyer beware" mindset, turning casual browsers into confident fanatics.
But this frictionless consumer experience isn't born overnight—it's propelled by the products and insight Perxify empowers brands with.
A Brand's Powerhouse: Solutions to Dominate the Market
Reverse the gaze back to the brand, and commerce cloud appears bigger than an assembled suite—it's a strategic partner. As either a niche player serving up stuff for collectors or a lifestyle label seeking mass mainstream acceptance, here is where you don't just survive—you flourish.
With Perxify's intuitive admin panel, your staff can manage stock, track orders, and analyse customer data—all in one place, with your store seamlessly integrated into the network. Built on scalable, secure technology, it will keep your store thriving, no matter how fast you grow.
Holistic Insights: A 360-Degree Customer View
Consider the example of Nina's sneaker boutique line: As soon as they joined Perxify, they used network-level data and discovered a trend—sneaker fans are obsessed with bright socks. They launched a pack and saw 30% customer retention in three months.
With Perxify, brands don't get stale, store-bound reports. Instead, data is derived from the entire network, building a rich picture of what individuals purchase, which brands they pair with, and how they move through marketplaces. A record shop witnesses jazz fans purchasing premium pens elsewhere and carries album-cover stationery—accessory sales are doubled. A pet shop witnesses cat owners pairing toys with green litter and partners with an environmentally friendly brand on a co-branded kit—conversions are increased by two times. A brand observes its yoga mat buyers drinking organic teas throughout the network and adds a wellness package—sales grow 25%. This isn't single-site guessing—it's a broad-spectrum view of customer journeys, revealing patterns and potential that no standalone analytics can deliver.
Compare that to today: brands look into isolated data, unaware of what happens post-checkout. Our network-wide insights turn blind spots into breakthroughs, providing you with the keys to customers' desires.
AI-Driven Tools: Your Strategic Wingman
Our marketing AI not only monitors but also takes action. Let's assume a sneaker brand observes one of its new releases going downhill. The AI doesn't just notify the drop; instead, it suggests a "Buy two, get 20% off" offer and determines anticipated revenue growth with enhanced margins of 13% based on mathematical assumptions. The team signs off, and revenue rises. Or picture a scent firm preparing for winter: flower scents are slow-moving, but spicy scents fly everywhere in the network. The AI suggests pushing cinnamon-clove blends, expecting a 15% lift. The crew adds a candle pack; AI reconfigures: 20% increase, higher margins. It launches, and sales rise by 22%. This is not a passive dashboard—it's a working brain trust, combining data and strategy to keep brands one step ahead.
In other places, brands fumble in the dark through trial and error, using instinct or old reports. Our AI combines real-time intelligence with foresight, making every campaign a strategic triumph.
Comprehensive Management Suite: All-in-One Command Center
Our system is a sturdy, all-in-one toolset—every analytics-based module streamlined for ease.
Here's the entire rundown:
- Product Catalog Management Tool: Organise inventory with filters (size, color, etc.), sync stock levels across channels, and get restock alerts based on sales velocity. If boots sell 10/day and you're at 50 units, it flags a reorder in 5 days.
- Order Management View with Analytics: Track orders by status (shipped, pending), detect delays (e.g., 20% of carrier X are late), and see leading products (jackets lead at 35% of sales)—filter by region or date for precision.
- Customer Management View with Analytics: Build profiles based on purchase history, preferences (e.g., "prefers eco-friendly"), and lifetime value. Segment for campaigns—e.g., "VIPs spending €500+".
- Storefront Template Editor: Style your store using our templates through block and color changes. Advanced custom code for more complex looks is also an option.
- Editor for Loyalty & Membership Program with Analytics: Create levels (e.g., "Bronze: 5% discount on purchases after €100") and track redemption (80% utilise discounts while 20% offer free shipping). Optimise in terms of ROI.
- Voucher Management View with Analytics: Provide free product vouchers for reviews, see 60% redeemed, and monitor uplift (e.g., 15% more sales after voucher).
- Discount Management Editor with Analytics: Build "20% off €50+" offers, compare to "€10 off €75," and see which drives more carts (€10 wins at 12% lift).
- Automation Editor with Recommended Programs: Send "Thanks for shopping!" emails one hour after purchase or "Complete your cart" reminders after 24 hours of inactivity. Open rates are tracked (35% vs. 20%).
- General Revenue, Customer, and Order Analytics: Dashboards show €50K revenue monthly, 1,200 active customers, and 800 orders, with trends (orders up 10% from last month).
This suite isn't tools—it's a learning system. If automation boosts conversions, that implies more triggers. If a discount doesn't work, it rolls over to bundles. Brands can leave worrying about tech to their creators and return to the business of making gear and telling stories.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Our vision takes this foundation further, imagining commerce itself differently.
Vision and Innovation: The Future Unfolds
Our vision for commerce's future isn't a fixed platform but a living system in which each component ignites the entire. Consumers move seamlessly between shops, and their experiences are informed by a network that adapts. Brands utilise the power of collective knowledge to disrupt ahead. Marketplaces weave sustainable threads, converting second-hand items to community treasure, fueled by AI pricing and escrow trust. It's a cycle where purchase, sale, and exchange net out, constructing a marketplace as vibrant as it is smart.
The horizon gets brighter still. The digital twin comes of age—imagine Alex's profile suggesting a ticket to a jazz festival based on his vinyl spree, or Mia's wallet correlating her watch size with a kiosk inside a store. Universal buyer protection sets a trust benchmark, which is not standard in e-commerce, giving every transaction invincibility. The omnichannel leap is around the corner: Sophie scans a code in a shop, pays with her digital wallet, and gets a voucher—all connected to online window-shops she performed that morning (those shoes she lusted over? Now 10% off in-store). Sustainability grows too—the marketplace is waste-free, with AI incentivising Jamal to sell his camera rather than dispose of it.
Compared to other heritage platforms like Shopify or Magento, isolating every store, our collective infrastructure experiences a network effect. As the consumer stays in the ecosystem, brands can access a broader, engaged base, reaching further without the usual acquisition cost burden. And unlike Amazon's marketplace, we are interested in brand control and personalisation instead of a one-size-fits-all approach. Research backs this up: 70% of consumers crave personalisation, and the secondary goods market is set to hit $64 billion by 2024. We're built for these trends.
This commerce infrastructure isn't static—it's alive, a network where every element feeds the next. Shoppers glide between stores, their journeys enriched by AI that learns and adapts. Brands tap collective insights to leap ahead, their moves amplified by a network that never sleeps. The marketplaces convert sustainability into the equation—Jamal's sale of his camera funds his lens, AI pricing it wisely, and a buyer protection process seals the trust. It's a vibrant and self-contained buying, selling, and exchanging symmetry.
The future pulsates with potential. Imagine Alex's profile trading a jazz festival ticket following his vinyl splurge, or Mia's wallet connecting her watch size to an in-store kiosk. Escrow's world trust sets the standard, bulletproofing every transaction. Omnichannel tightens—Sophie scans a boutique QR code, pays out of her wallet, and gets a voucher tied to her online shopping (those heels? Now on sale in-store). Sustainability goes deeper—AI encourages Jamal to sell, not scrap, and eliminate waste. It's commerce that responds, connecting digital and physical, want and delivery.
We're building this future and need vision-driven brands like yours to help bring it to life.
