One of the things that needs to happen is the revival of the “Star Trek Legacy” series with Captain Seven aboard the Enterprise-G.
Seems like an absolute no-brainer to me.
Legacy ship, fan favorite lead character, Ryan would be a terrific lead.
Dedicate it to Sir Patrick!
Playing #SteinsGate Re:Boot on #NintendoSwitch2
Played the original on #psvita so many years ago. A time travel classic!

CBR just called #TheArk Syfy's last original, and a 10/10. I'll take the love. I'll leave "flawless" to the fans. cbr.com/syfy-the-ark-last-fl… @CBR

Another chat about Sir Patrick with yet another grief-stricken coworker, this time we came to a comforting, if not obvious, realization: Patrick Stewart was the geek version of Dolly Parton. #StarTrek
Of course !

The Liberals awarded a nearly $12 million security contract to an American-owned company instead of the Commissionaires, Canada's largest non-governmental employer of veterans, over a price difference of just $80,000.
Putting Canada first means putting Canada's veterans first.
The Liberals must reverse this decision.

In the real world, Canadians can’t afford anything. Food, fuel, rent, mortgages.
Mark Carney promised to make it better. Everything is worse.
Today, he and the Liberals are distracting Canadians again with yet another grand summit about Europe. Big talk. What’s the result?
Not one tariff reduced. Not one of the nine European holdout countries has ratified the trade agreement Canada already has with them. Barriers to Canadian beef and pork exports to Europe remain. And now the EU is threatening a carbon tariff on Canadian steel, aluminum, cement and other goods.
Worse, there was lots of talk at the summit about aligning Canada with the insane European taxes, debt, immigration and anti-oil and gas policies that have left parts of Europe bankrupt and burning.
Does any of this lower your mortgage payments, rent, grocery bills or gas prices, back here in the real world?
Of course not.
Time to get real. We have mouths to feed. Bills to pay. Crime to stop. Borders to secure. And money to save.

For Prime Minister Carney Canada Isn't A Country: Canada Is His COMPANY
It's clear now: Mark Carney does what he wants: invests in AI Companies, joins Europe, creates one new Agency after another, runs up whatever Deficit he decides is right
He's NEVER in Parliament

Sir Patrick Stewart's "Star Trek" and "X-Men" colleagues are remembering the late acting icon in the wake of his death at the age of 86. See how Hugh Jackman, Jonathan Frakes, Rebecca Romijn, Wil Wheaton, Jeri Ryan and more former costars and members of his franchise families paid tribute.

i haven’t seen anyone share this clip yet so i shall - i know that one frame is a meme but the entire scene is perfect. only patrick stewart could embody so well a man whose first romantic instinct is to reach for shakespeare ❤️ and the reaction shots are so good lol

This was the moment I had dream of, the moment I had feared. Patrick Stewart walking onto the bridge of the USS Enterprise that I had recreated. Would he hate it would he love it. What would this moment feel like. For months we agonized over every detail, then the moment came and he walked onto the bridge and moved to the chair that had helped define his career and he sat down. I clicked the shot as that smile fell over his face. This is how I will remember him. Such an honor to have had the opportunity to work with such an extraordinary individual. He will be greatly missed.

If you haven't had the chance. Listen to his autobiography on audiobook as he narrates it himself. I listened to it on one long roadtrip during a very challenging time and it's truly a gift.
