I might be wrong, but to me, most of what makes a physio/chiro/osteo good at their job has very little to do with the choice of ‘treatment’ and more to do with the content of their character, and whether there is a genuine attempt to help people and reduce their need to see you

A lot of msk pain is an ordinary part of being human. In the absence of concerning features or meaningful functional limitation, it does not necessarily require investigation, treatment, repeated healthcare contact or complete resolution before normal life continues.

What is the obsession for some of working the little/smaller/stabilizing muscles etc? If you constrain the movement you'll hit what you want to hit, and at a sufficient intensity you're golden. You don't have to worry as much as you may think to hit a smaller muscle

It’s it annoying when you see something 100,000 times or more over a number of months even years Then the moment you need it, suddenly it’s like searching for the holy grail
