The PROTECT Taiwan Act is the same type of bill we entertained before the war in Ukraine escalated.
The intent is to draw the U.S. into a committal position in another foreign conflict.
There are only two U.S. states beginning with a ‘T’; neither are Taiwan. I voted no.

It’s really sad when people put others down for what makes them happy. It’s also really sad that so many people think being an adult means you have to be joyless because that’s what you were taught. If you’re out there worrying so much about what makes other people happy then maybe you need to rethink your own life.
It’s too fucking short to be worried about people that are just trying to be on this floating shit hole. Idk, just saying 🤷🏻♀️

What the fuck do you mean that "the fall of Mogadishu is without realistic precedent", Al-Shabaab literally took Mogadishu in the late 2000s when they were markedly weaker.
Look, everyone can see that you're smarter than HSM, but there's no use whitewashing the severity of this predicament, that just comes off as detached from reality to Somalia's allies who earnestly don't want to see Mog fall again.
I unequivocally reject @TheEconomist false portrayal of Mogadishu, which they disguised as objective reality. It appears they chose not to include my observations on the situation in Mogadishu, presumably because it didn't align with their intended narrative.
I provided an assessment, asserting that a fall of Mogadishu to Al-Shabaab is without realistic precedent, and conveyed the criteria that informed this conclusion, which also indicated that no other Federal Member State capitals or any other major city for that matter is at risk of falling to the group. Mogadishu is exceptionally well-protected, with robust contingencies in place that make such a scenario entirely unrealistic. The safety of Mogadishu, our national capital and a city for all Somalis, shouldn't be exploited for opportunistic gain.

Even though I wasn't originally invited, I'd like to thank @CumbRIDems for hosting last night's forum.
I always appreciate a chance to talk to voters about the issues that matter to them.
