Interesting. If I am not mistaken, Meta has arbitration clauses in its user agreement. I think users can arbitrate only in California.

Folks, please check out this thread and join our Founding50 program if you think data can help you see your litigation better.
Yet another case management system? Nope, we had something else in mind.
Tracking individual cases is useful. Seeing what they tell you together opens up a different set of opportunities: 1/n

1. What does your law firm's or company’s litigation portfolio look like? Which kinds of matters dominate your practice? How old are your pending cases, and how have disposed matters ended?
2. What do judge wise patterns in interim orders look like? Do timelines vary by bench or judge?
3. Can I see across the case family (main case, interim applications, lower court cases, appeals and tagged matters) all together in one place?
4. Can I group cases argued by a specific counsel in one place and see case patterns?
5. Can I group cases involving a specific company (say, Tata Motors) together and see their case patterns? Courtfolio, our new feature on CourtsDaily, lets you explore those questions using public court data. Save cases, organise them into Watchlists and receive email updates. Then generate a litigation profile for yourself or your company, showing patterns across case types, judges, outcomes and timelines. Update it and share it (or not!) with clients, peers and friends at the click of a button. 2/n

Capping margins on drugs & consumables will not unfortunately bring down overall healthcare costs.
The costs will be pushed to other heads. Only silver lining-professional services will get hiked(justifiably) like nursing, physiotherapy, consults, procedures, surgeon fees etc.

first you delete . then you make an appeal to apply using form 6 with an illegal declaration ( liable with a 1 year jail term for misrepresentation) that you are a "first time voter"!!
The election Commission and its proceedures are a cruel joke on people, democracy, and citizens
VIDEO | Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer V Anbukumar says, "I appeal to all the eligible voters of Karnataka. If your name is not there in the electoral roll, kindly apply through Form 6, your name will be definitely added into the electoral roll after due verification. I could assure, we have taken lot of special drives, campaigns and publicity campaigns. So, every voter is aware of and I specially appeal to voters who complete 18 years of age. The moment you complete 18 years of age, kindly apply immediately, definitely enrol your name into the electoral roll."

Tata is being criminally destroyed, and no business leader dares say a word.
How long will you stay silent? Until they own you?
Indian business is not Modi and Shah's plaything. You lack courage. We don't. We will ensure justice for these crimes.
You can repeal the law but the fundamental right to privacy still remains and we have already seen how the Delhi HC has weaponised it against the media.
Now even legacy media is challenging the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act which severely weakens people’s right to information and curtails press freedom. The petition terms the provisions of the Act as “pre-censorship which is anathema to any democracy”.
The DPDP Act in its current form should be repealed!

Its heartbreaking to witness the descent of Andhra Pradesh in to a haven for goons, thugs and antisocial elements. This is the result of state-capture by two family-owned parties that have between them have been trying to restore medieval style feudalism in what was once one of the most progressive states of India.
Key governance institutions have been poisoned by casteism, cronyism, corruption, toxic politicisation, etc. Politics has become the exclusive domain of contractors, mining dons, education and health czars, liquor contractors, pairavikars, goons, with the police acting as the private militia of the party in power.
When political parties see each other as enemies to be annihilated, and elections are nothing but a war to be fought with weapons and cash, it cannot be characterised as democracy. Its demonocracy!
The #SEC conducting the local body elections was the same gentleman removed by the @ECISVEEP as the chief secretary of AP in 2019! It would be a pipe dream to expect free and fair elections in the state.
In more than one way, Andhra Pradesh is showing the way for rest of India to emulate, in the most decadent way, despite the pronouncements of AI, Quantum, World Class City, etc.
I appeal to the people of Andhra Pradesh to recognise the reality and put an end to this criminal enterprise by not voting for either @YSRCParty or the #NDA alliance - @JaiTDP @JanaSenaParty @BJP4Andhra.
Vote for any other public spirited contestant, if any.
Do not sell your vote, its priceless.

As if the credibility crisis of ECI isn't already bad enough, in NDA-ruled Andhra Pradesh poll process for local body polls has been reduced to a violent joke.
Candidates, largely from Opposition YSRCP, blocked, papers snatched away as police stand by. Women candidates have been attacked.
A TDP MLA is caught on camera calling on his cadres to “break the legs” of those coming to file nominations.
