⏰ Reminder: clocks go back by one hour at 2am on the last Sunday in October With the clocks going back by an hour, meaning less daylight hours, and as we are under multiple weather warnings, please make sure you are visible when you need to be outdoors.

Some good news! The first know #Osprey to be born in #Donegal in over 150 years fledged this Summer to untagged, unringed parents who have been migrating to the County for over 5 years so are not part of any reintroduction programme. Isn't she beautiful?

Breaking news: The Trump administration has not approved the transfer of interceptor missiles to Ukraine that are needed to protect the country from Russian attacks, officials said, a delay that comes as President Trump has embraced Russia in recent weeks. wapo.st/4yCb7T7

🔺Wrestling to get on board jam-packed public transport services is a daily reality for thousands of Irish commuters. 🔺Sinéad Hickey, a 25-year-old architect who commutes into Dublin city centre five days a week from Co Carlow, sees the strain it puts on people as she completes her 2½-hour journey from home to office. 🔺“The Luas at Heuston is scandalous,” Hickey said. “It’s by far the worst part. I find myself waiting for the third or fourth tram to arrive before I can get on, the others are all too full.” irishtimes.com/transport/202…

🇺🇦 Zelenskyy delivers a blunt message to the United States: “Just give us Starlink back. If you refuse, Ukraine will survive. We will continue defending ourselves with or without it. But why would you restrict a country fighting for its survival? Why make it harder for us to defend our people? I simply cannot understand the reasoning behind this decision. It is a mistake.” Ukraine isn’t asking America to fight its war. It’s asking America not to stand in the way of its defense.

A historic video – November 22, 1994: The U.S. President thanks Ukraine for giving up its nuclear weapons. In return, the U.S. promises to stand by Ukraine’s side to safeguard its independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity well into the future. That future has arrived—yet today, Trump and his circle act as if none of this ever happened. t.me/MirovichMedia/15617

There are calls in Limerick for those involved in thrashing a vacant house to be made pay for the damage. Outrage is growing in the city, as Gardaí investigate criminal damage to the property, footage of which has been widely circulated on social media. The University of Limerick has condemned the incident and says whether its students were involved or not, it has caused damage to the college's reputation. #VMNews
