From our report: "Ferretti Group of America owns property at 1445 SE 16th St. in Fort Lauderdale, near Port Everglades and the U.S. Coast Guard Station Fort Lauderdale. The ownership raises questions about whether the property complies with Florida’s 2023 law restricting certain Chinese entities and their subsidiaries from owning real estate in the state."
