we won the growthx buildathon. ๐ฑ.๐ด๐ธ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ in credits for a tool we built in one day lol
๐น๐ฎ๐๐๐ฐ๐น๐ถ๐ฝ.buzz send a youtube link in telegram, get back ready to post viral shorts. ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ, that's the whole product.
built it because making one 15 second reel took me 4 apps and 40 minutes, and everyone i asked at the venue had the same problem. we took it from ๐ฌ ๐๐ผ ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฌ+ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐๐ฝ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฎ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐. first time i have done that, real users clipping real videos before the demo even ended. and the whole pipeline ran ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ, no mocks, no pre-rendered demo videos. shipping something people used the same day we thought of it is a feeling i am chasing forever now.
massive thanks to @NousResearch for hermes, the self-learning agent that powered the whole thing, and to @GrowthX_Club for the maddest one day hackathon i have been to. built this with @jayaticore , @Aniketvish0, @___moinn_ best team i could have asked for. thanks to our mentors @shadesandmuses and varun khosla
also stacked credits from @OpenAI @Cloudflare @elevenlabsio @WisprFlow @linkup @dodopayments and i am spending every last one of them. new projects loading on this tl. stay tuned.
Also used @aoagents for using multiple agents at the same time to build the product within deadline by @agent_wrapper

it was a pleasure recording the podcast with you @Stellar_Work_eu ! :)
Thanks a lot for the highlight!
Four coding agents at once was my limit. I lost track. @agent_wrapper runs ten to twenty and built Agent Orchestrator to keep up. His honest productivity gain: two to three times. Verifying output stays human work. New episode of the podcast.

AO Mobile v2.0.0 is out now.
You can orchestrate @ao_build from your phone
> dictate prompts using voice input
> choose from 28 agent harnesses and select the model that fits your task
> switch between Terminal UI and Chat UI at any time
> delegate tasks to agents through the orchestrator
> get notified when judgment is needed
> add images and files to prompts
> send, queue, promote, steer or cancel messages
> monitor workers by state - needs you, review, ready, building or validating
> approve actions and answer agent questions
> open terminals, worktree shells and live previews
> track PRs, CI, reviews and merge blockers
Looking good in your pocket.

Met a developer today who had build a custom desktop app to manage their agents.
They had also self built an Orchestrator <> Worker agent model for themselves, and defined tools, workflows and prompts for the orchestrator and worker, themselves
When I onboarded them to Orchestrator.inc, they were really stoked!
Now they can do everything they were already doing across codex/claude/cursor etc, with a much richer interface, and interact with agents cross device
And most importantly, they can focus on their main project instead of building the system that builds the project
I had to do one with @bettershotsite by @code_kartik
