Buried article, not as exciting as Michael Laws nut sack, or a running race T Shirt number. nzherald.co.nz/nz/politics/e…

Qing Qwong has her security handle Jordan Williams from the @TaxpayersUnion when he asks her questions about her planned annual tax on the land we live on to fund more benefits.
Horrific to see this kind of violence towards men and the chilling effect on free speech.
Resign.

#BREAKING – The books are $1.3b better than forecast. Exports are booming and we're outgrowing Australia, the US, and the UK. National's plan is working, but the job isn't done yet.
Don't let a reckless Labour coalition undo it. Party Vote National this Saturday.

Credit where it’s due to @radionz. If they get to five per cent, and two unelected people choose the next Government and PM of New Zealand, this will be the most significant story of the election.

Who said our health system doesn’t work! Had appointment with specialist Tuesday this week, he said I need MRI and boom I have one in two weeks. Now that’s service. Thanks @SimeonBrownMP

Even Hipkins isn’t confident the left could go 3yrs without imploding ..
Yikes.
Chris Hipkins has stopped just short of agreeing with Kerre Woodham on ZB that a Labour–Greens–Te Pāti Māori–Opportunity govt would be a disaster, instead calling it “challenging” and agreeing that it is “definitely not a given” it would survive 3 years.
Hipkins also repeats his “they can’t force us” line on tax, which is pretty empty. Under MMP, if you need their votes, they can and will, unless Labour makes significant concessions or the partners are terrible negotiators.

Given the footage, these seem like fair questions for the media to put to Opportunity.
Does the GM have the authority to end the leader’s public interactions without her direction?
Who actually decides whether the leader keeps talking to someone, the leader or the GM?
Will Iain Lees-Galloway be in the room for any coalition talks, and will he have any say in the decisions?
What formal limits, if any, does the board put on the GM’s authority over the leader’s public engagements and political decisions?
Opportunity’s constitution doesn’t give the GM any formal role in coalition negotiations, these sit with the leader, and then the board for approval.
The footage clearly shows Lees-Galloway stepping into a conversation Wong was willing to continue, standing between her and the questioner, putting his hands on him, and then grabbing her to turn her, which is a pretty clear example of the GM directing both the interaction and the leader.
Given that, having him in the room for coalition talks should raise red flags and questions about how much control he has over Wong and the party.
Honestly, I can’t believe people are voting for 3 free GP visits, where you may just see a nurse, reduced bus fares and not putting fuel tax on..seriously, that is crazy

And now we learn that Labour has been making promises it can’t pay for without collecting a lot more in taxes

If you are unsure of who to vote for. Go to the Labour party website and look at their top 10:
Hipkins, Sepuloni, Edmonds, Woods, Jackson, Verrall, McAnulty, Prime, Anderson, Tinetti
What a talentless bunch of low IQ clowns.
Do you really want them back again???

Intersting that TOP won't work with NZF because Laws tongue in cheek joke about Women but they will work with The Greens stand by seriously bigotted claims against white males.
So there you have it the board of Oppoortunity are anti white male bigots yet 5% of NZ may want them in Govt.
If we end up being run by a secret board of bigots we may wonder what became of a once wonderful country.

No question Michael Laws’ comments were inappropriate.
But given it looks like RNZ broke the story first, it’s fair to ask them and Deputy Political Editor Craig McCulloch whether they sat on it for a week before running it 3 days out from the election.
Not surprised, these parents in this area are green and red, they don't like competition
