When a person thinks that they have lost everything in life, they didn't have/choose the right anchor to hold on to. They have invested their mental and emotional energy in the wrong places.
Accept the negativity so that resistance will disappear. Pull yourself together and clean the message slowly. Every day counts. Start with a clean slate and a clear mind again.
It will be easier for people who have faith or a connection with the divine to move on compared to others.

Some are broken by relationships, some by family, some by work, and others by loneliness.
Some hide their pain behind a smile. Others turn to alcohol to escape reality.
And the pressure of modern life is only growing.
