They fired Nomvalo via Whatsapp. You guys cannot be voting for a party that has no internal governance protocols and lacks financial management discipline. This is not a party that should be allowed to run any municipality. Nothing good can ever come out of a party that is infested with criminal suspects.

One day when this AI bubble bursts the whole global economy is going down with it. The money spent by the tech giants on AI, at the expense of jobs and livelihoods, is obscene and will collapse the global economy.
That's 25% of the total workforce. It's crazy!

Nobody is asking journalists to give a platform to people inciting violence or spreading misinformation. That is a convenient straw man you've constructed to justify excluding perspectives you disagree with. Your responsibility as a journalist is to interrogate competing arguments, establish facts and provide context not appoint yourself the moral authority who decides which legitimate public concerns deserve to be heard. If you cannot distinguish between incitement and legitimate criticism of immigration policy then perhaps the problem is not the complexity of the debate but your inability or unwillingness to engage with it. This is quite disturbing because you have the credentials of a journalist but seem to have missed the education entirely. What an embarrassing advertisement for your alma mater!
I disagree with Baloyi, I don’t think the current immigration discourse is complex, I believe it’s a simple matter of hate and bigotry. I disagree that media has to platform voices that incite violence against vulnerable people and muddy the discourse with misinformation.

Your comments are deeply disturbing. President Machel died in South Africa coming from a meeting in Lusaka which concerned itself about the liberation of the oppressed people in South Africa and elsewhere. This is deeply revealing of the type of politics you and your party advance. Peace loving South Africans know that the costs of freedom was borne not only by South Africans, the frontline states like Mozambique also paid the ultimate price for our freedom.

I don’t particularly find them more talented or educated. Here are the differences to me: 1. A President that is in charge, you will be jailed very quickly for any transgressions. 2. Fear of wrong doing vs pull to do wrong because it is everywhere & everyone is showing material gain. We have plenty of talent, in government & private sector, they ALL have misdirected focus, unhelpful to the country.
How is it that Rwanda has produced this calibre of politician? Compare Rwanda - 1994 with South Africa in 1994…
