$RAM
I was in this coin months ago and loved the concept. With an active community and good team pushing I think we can break the ATH of 1.2m 🐏📈
Ram prices have somewhat plateaued in recent weeks, but that doesn’t change the fact that they are still up over 400% from a year ago and still increasing the price of consumer items. Apple has recently said they will be increasing prices on all new products rolling out. Low cost brands are shelving new product launches all together.
Ram is the most important hardware technology on earth, and the tokenized version now has a new look and better team.

Truth.
SAM ALTMAN CALLS HOME PC RAM "QUITE TERRIBLE" IN EFFICIENCY. PEOPLE AREN'T ANGRY ENOUGH.
I think people need to start holding these AI giants accountable for what their decisions are doing to the tech industry.
Look at what's happening:
• RAM and SSD prices are skyrocketing.
• Building a gaming PC is becoming ridiculously expensive.
• Gaming consoles, smartphones, GPUs and other gadgets are getting more expensive.
• AI data centres are consuming enormous amounts of memory, storage, electricity and water.
• AI expansion is also raising serious concerns about job displacement and environmental damage.
And now we're being told that keeping RAM in our own PCs is inefficient?
People are already struggling to afford the technology they love because of a memory supply crunch and rising component costs.
The backlash against Sony's digital-only direction showed what happens when consumers feel their choices are being taken away. The #PSBlackout movement proved that people can organize and make their voices heard.
But this time, the frustration goes beyond gaming.
If AI giants keep ignoring the impact of their expansion on ordinary consumers, don't be surprised if the backlash moves beyond social media and into real-world protests.
Technology is supposed to make people's lives better, not make everyday gadgets unaffordable.
AI progress shouldn't come at the expense of everyone else.
Let this sink in.

DDR5 RAM prices skyrocket 761% in a year in Japan, as 128 GB Corsair kit now costs as much as a high-end gaming PC. 🔗 wccf.tech/1lgl4
Insanity
The entirety of 2026 has been defined by an ongoing RAM crisis, causing price increases on everything from the PS5 to the Steam Machine.
And, according to Samsung's latest earnings report, it's only going to get worse over the next year. bit.ly/47PdtmE

ram costs are actually insane... the same 128gb 'value' kit you see here for almost 3k was 600$ a year ago
Up tek.
32GB of DDR5 RAM is getting seriously expensive.
A 32GB Crucial Pro DDR5-6000 CL36 kit has gone from around €70 to almost €500 on Amazon. That’s roughly a 530% increase in just one year.
A Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5-6400 CL36 kit has also jumped from €115 to around €529, which is about a 360% increase.
And it doesn’t look like prices will drop back to normal anytime soon. Current forecasts suggest the shortage could continue into 2028.
