Loved the all-around honesty from @GopherHockey coach Brett Larson on Thursday's Daily Delivery pod, including his acknowledgment that results vs. North Dakota dictated his attendance at Gophers vs. Iowa football.

I lobbied for the Wild to give Ek a chance as a top line center back in July, and it is going even better than I could have imagined.

Meanwhile, in Charlotte, things are not going great for Naz Reid. He was benched the entire second half of last night's loss.
Charles Lee calls out Naz Reid
"Unfortunately, he didn't meet our standards in the first half, and at halftime we made the decision that he wouldn't play in the second half."😳

Anthony Edwards will undergo an arthroscopic procedure on his ailing right knee, dealing a major blow to the Timberwolves just four games into the NBA season. startribune.com/anthony-edwa…

The Little Brown Jug, Floyd of Rosedale and Paul Bunyan's Axe on display in the Hall of Fame room @GopherFootball headquarters. It's the first time since 1978 that the Gophers have held all three trophies at the same time.
Re-upping this pod from Friday. Are you ready for kickoff at 2:30 p.m.?
It's Iowa. It's Homecoming. It's a chance for the Gophers to change the narrative of their entire season.
Are we asking too much by asking for a win and something more than just an OK year?

The Knicks' assistant coaches did not receive their championship rings during Tuesday's ceremony, despite being handed ring boxes, according to league sources.
Many longtime employees at Madison Square Garden will not receive rings at all, per team sources.
Those employees got their hopes up in late September, when they were sent a fake championship ring offer as part of a phishing test.
