Fleetwood Town: ✅✅✅✅✅ Arsenal: ✅✅✅❌ Fleetwood Town, who are 18th in the fourth tier of English football, have knocked out Premier League champions Arsenal on penalties in one of the biggest shocks the EFL Cup has ever seen. Bruno Guimaraes saw his penalty saved by Jay Lynch before Conor Haughey scored the winner. The Cod Army have reeled in the biggest fish of them all.

A critical PHP vulnerability drops. Unofficial PoCs flood the internet. Some don't work. Others may be malicious or designed to mislead researchers. On Initial Access, Sergio Villegas explains how fake PoCs can muddy the waters for defenders.

Current information I have on php2Shell: - The RCEs requires the attacker to obtain memory addresses which are typically protected by ASLR. - I suspect the original author (lcfr_hax) likely has a reliable exploit which leads to stable code execution. - Most of the PoCs being posted are completely non-functional AI slop. - There is at least 1 working non-slop exploit being passed around, but it's reliant on bruteforcing for ASLR bypass, so not particularly impactful. - Rumor of ITW exploitation are patchy. There are attempts being seen using the non-functional leaked RCE, or variants that are config / system specific. - Some rumors point towards a known-working exploit being used by threat actors (I've personally confirmed this specific exploit works, but the ASLR bypass technique is unreliable at best and massively limits the potential impact). - I'd expect heavy ITW exploitation in the next few weeks based on how many people are looking at this. Though, success rates will vary heavily based on the specific exploit chain.

People complain Britain is broken, these are the small easy wins that need sorting out. We all welcome this. (The big stuff also needs sorting) it’s not one or the other. But today has high employment figures so big stuff is being addressed too.
🚨 NEW: Andy Burnham has announced changes to car parking fines - Drivers will have a 5-minute grace period to decide whether to park and 10 minutes to leave after a parking session ends - A £20 maximum charge on appeal for minor mistakes, such as entering the wrong number plate or not displaying a permit - Charges will also be cancelled on appeal for breakdowns, medical emergencies or broken ticket machines - The £100 cap on charges will remain - The rules will come into force as soon as possible and operators that break them will lose access to DVLA data

As per @OptaJoe, Lewis Koumas is just the second player aged 21 or younger to score and assist a goal in a UEFA Champions League match for Liverpool, after Steven Gerrard. Incredible company to be keeping. 😍

Fifteen outlets published 249 articles about Professor Jason Arday, but there appears to be a partial media blackout surrounding Dr Lola Salem, Michael Gove’s ex-girlfriend, who has been suspended from the University of Oxford after being charged with possessing indecent images of children.

Today I have written to the head of the UK Football Policing Unit after its disgraceful attempt to link alcohol with the Hillsborough disaster following the Prime Minister’s call to ease restrictions at football matches. Alcohol did not cause Hillsborough. The behaviour of supporters did not cause or contribute to the disaster. These are the authoritative, factual conclusions of the inquests and the independent investigations. They are not matters of opinion. Thirty-seven years on, when will policing authorities finally accept the truth and stop perpetuating the lies and smears created in the aftermath of the disaster? Enough is enough. #JFT97

Pair the DSpark speculator with our GLM-5.3 NVFP4 checkpoint for the best vLLM performance on Blackwell. NVFP4 gives you a 4-bit target that recovers 95%+ of accuracy across evals. DSpark adds faster decoding on top. To run both: serve RedHatAI/GLM-5.3-NVFP4 and set --speculative-config to method dspark with the GLM-5.3-speculator.dspark model (8 tokens). Full config on the card: huggingface.co/RedHatAI/GLM-…
🚀 D-Spark for GLM-5.3 beats native MTP on 8×B300: 29% faster single-stream decoding and 16% higher peak throughput. On MRCR, acceptance holds through 1M context, averaging 4.293 accepted tokens in the 524K–1M bucket. Try this out and let us know! 🤗 huggingface.co/RedHatAI/GLM-…
