If yesterday wasn’t unbelievable enough, according to the Ukrainian General Staff, they shwacked another 2,500 Russian personnel in the past 24 hours, killed and wounded.
Much of this will likely come with accompanying footage, and frankly, inflating the figures does nothing to help build an accurate intelligence picture when you’re defending your country.
The scale of Russia’s reported losses is staggering. 🇺🇦

"Vakardienas starptautiskās arbitrāžas tiesas spriedums man bija šoks. Manī valda dusmas, vilšanās un neizpratne! Taču šokētiem vajadzētu būt tikai hokejistiem un cilvēkiem, kuri ar visu sirdi atbalsta šo sporta veidu un iestājas pret teroristiskas valsts atgriešanos starptautiskajā arēnā. Visvairāk mani pārsteidz tas, ka šokā ir arī IIHF un tās biedri - valstu federācijas. Vai tiešām viņi nezināja par tiesvedību pret pašu pārstāvēto organizāciju? Uzskatu, ka Latvija nevar atļauties boikotēt čempionātu viena pati, jo tad mūsu ceļš starptautiskajā hokejā būtu jāsāk no pēdējās divīzijas. Ar to hokejam Latvijā varētu likt punktu... diemžēl.
Mēs varam šeit dusmoties, pārmest un kliegt, bet, kamēr citu valstu federācijas nevēlas ieņemt stingru pozīciju, mums vieniem nepietiek spēks. Sports jau sen ir politika, un tagad ir pienācis brīdis, kad šis jautājums jārisina valstu deputātiem, ministriem, diplomātiem un prezidentiem!"

At Estonia’s Hedgehog exercise in May 2025 and at Aurora 26 on Gotland a year later, Ukrainian drone teams beat Alliance armor again and again. Some concluded the tank is finished.
In Vivaldi, the vehicles carried extra passive and active protection, crews trained for the task, and Ukrainian forces moved to suppress Russian surveillance and communications.
“These operations prove that maneuver by armor remains possible on a battlefield increasingly dominated by reconnaissance drones, loitering munitions and precision weapons,” said Brigadier General Andrii Biletskyi, who commands the corps.
