We did not apply for a ballot or deposit a ballot or attempt to vote.
We showed an elections official saying “you are the ID” and confirming one could vouch for eight others who were not there.
If that’s a crime, anyone who speaks with a polling official and asks questions is also committing a crime. Journalism is not a crime.
Minnesota law clearly states that no individual shall intentionally misrepresent the individual’s identity in applying for a ballot, depositing a ballot in a ballot box or attempting to vote by means of a voting machine or electronic voting system.

What kind of ally allows Americans to be subjected to this kind of brutality?
American citizenship should mean something. Our government has a responsibility to protect its citizens abroad, demand accountability, and stop making excuses when Americans are attacked.
Our allegiance belongs to the American people. Not the Israeli government. Not any foreign government.
Enough of the double standards. Enough of the unconditional support. Americans deserve answers and accountability.

This appears to be a police overreaction
After watching this 2-minute, 55-second video of the police entry at the home, do you believe the scale of the response appeared proportionate?
The charges concerning a Facebook post were later dismissed (Freedom of speech, etc...)
Those posts included security-camera footage documenting what happened at the home on December 16, 2025.
The police response appears excessive.
The concerns also include damage to the property and the disconnection of the interior security cameras.
They have not provided a copy of the warrant to this date, and they have not provided a complete list of the items taken or a clear answer from the Hoover Police Department about any missing property.

I flipped someone off and did some cursing. That's it. No violence. No threats. No crime.
And yet I got arrested.
Since when does offending an Israeli citizen justify dragging an American citizen into police custody?
WHO DECIDED THAT MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS WERE LESS IMPORTANT THAN AN ISRAELI'S OFFENDED FEELINGS?
I will not apologize for opposing Israel's government, its occupation, its military actions, or the American politicians who bankroll them.
I don't take orders from Israel. I don't bow to its apologists. And I certainly won't surrender my constitutional rights to spare anyone's feelings.

This is not political. It is fundamental. It is about whether citizens still have the right to question their government. This is now a landmark First Amendment case, and every American’s right to speak truth to power has been put on the line.
Weaponized lawfare does not work against me. It has always backfired on the people who come after me. Most people find criminal charges and lawsuits stressful; the process becomes a form of punishment. But I love this process because it gives me the opportunity to expose injustice at the highest levels.
