The bigger question is: what happens after the Mastercard MSc? You’ll have a prestigious degree from Edinburgh, yes. But you’ll also have to re-enter the job market and figure out your next move. If you keep the NNPC role, you retain a valuable career platform and preserve the option of pursuing an MSc later. Don’t give up a career opportunity for an academic opportunity that you may eventually be able to create for yourself. You’ll probably even prefer to have an MBA instead..
