Let me not to the marriage of true minds Admit impediments. Love is not love Which alters when it alteration finds, Or bends with the remover to remove: O no! it is an ever-fixed mark That looks on tempests and is never shaken; — William Shakespeare, Sonnet 116

🚨 She’s not telling the truth, and she’s so mad with him. But what’s she going to do? Give up the Henley mansion and get a job in a call centre?! That’s the worst thing to happen to a wife.
Mrs Russell Brand needs to be aware that some men put women into different categories. There’s the ones you fuck and/or rape, and then there’s the ones you marry. Good old virgin/whore dichotomy.

🚨 Laura Brand gave evidence today in her husband Russell Brand’s rape and sexual assault trial. She described him as a “caring,” “kind,” and “wonderful father,” adding that she felt “very seen by him.” “Seen” is therapy-speak that has been flattened into a compliment. When it shows up in a courtroom, it reads less like an expression of intimacy and more like a rehearsed line.

🚨Laura Brand told jurors today she dated Russell Brand in two thousand and six, before Katy Perry. She said she was heartbroken when they split in two Thousand and seven because it was clear it was difficult for him to be monogamous. She stayed his friend through his marriage to Katy Perry, then they reunited in twenty fifteen.

🚨Russell Brand arrives at Southwark Crown Court. Yesterday he gave evidence; today the walk is different. He thought his evidence would end the trial by lunch. Laura beside him does the supportive-wife routine with the energy of someone who just checked the prenup in the car. He reaches for her waist. She pats him for half a second, then drops her arm. That’s not “we’re fine.” That’s “I’ve realised the miracle Russell promised is not going to happen.”

🚨A sitting president has attempted to personally ruin an American podcaster by filing a lawsuit in Delaware, in what constitutes one of the most blatant assaults on the law ever undertaken by a foreign leader against an ordinary citizen living outside his country. Candace Owens has just been personally dismissed from the case: the judge declined to exercise personal jurisdiction over her, while allowing the proceedings against her companies to continue for now. This is despite the fact that she was never sued for saying that Brigitte Macron was born male, but rather for discussing MK Ultra and an alleged accusation that she stole from her sister. This legal fiasco, estimated to cost between $5 million and $10 million, comes as Macron declares assets worth a few hundred thousand euros, while Brigitte has simply sold her villa in Le Touquet for €3.6 million to buy another one for €1.85 million. The Élysée maintains that everything is private, that not a single euro of public money is involved, that the budget is audited, and that no misappropriation of funds would be possible. So who will actually pay for this national humiliation? The French people, as usual, through some obscure scheme that only the French state knows how to devise? A billionaire friend repaying a favour to the couple after benefiting from ten years of tax breaks? Will he suddenly produce a few million in hidden funds, given, among other things, his past as an investment banker? Will Brigitte Macron sell her newly purchased €1.85 million villa for €5 million through some sleight of hand? (Via @OlivierXLECLERC )

🚨Owen Benjamin: “I’ve never caught Candace Owens lying, and I wanted to because I am not a fan of that dark skin of hers.” Stew Peters: hahaha Two white trash faggots badmouthing someone due to the colour of their skin. I rest my case.

🚨 And the dumb commentary of the day goes to… Stew Peters is grasping at straws, as usual. The problem with Stew Peters is that he doesn’t understand why Candace Owens and Shawn Ryan are more successful than he is. After all, he’s got the suit, the “news-smashing” studio look, and the delivery—loud and overbearing. Yet he just cannot understand why, on God’s green earth, nobody thinks he’s got any clout. So, based on other people’s business models, he decided that all it took for these people to become somebody was to find the “villain”—someone who crystallises public hatred—and focus on attacking them regularly. So he’s doing exactly that. One problem, though: Stew Peters has zero vision. He can’t see the forest from the trees because he’s consumed by his own rage over things that happened a long time ago in his life. If Stew Peters had any common sense left, I’d tell him to leave the Shawn Ryan vendetta alone. All he’s going to achieve is losing more credibility and more followers. Don’t do it to be nice—do it so you don’t embarrass yourself further.
I try never to attack anyone on “my side”, but Stew makes some excellent points

🚨The Delaware judge’s decision to dismiss all personal claims against Candace Owens is being treated in France as a clear legal setback for the Macrons. While the education budget has been cut by 40 percent, the couple is prepared to spend between 5 and 10 million dollars of public funds to pursue the case against Candace’s companies. French citizens have launched a petition that requires full disclosure of every detail and every dollar involved in the lawsuit. Taxpayers are asking why this expenditure should take priority over schools.

🚨A UK celebrity is in court begging judges to hide his identity. He’s accused of using fame to sexually exploit girls and teenagers. His argument is simple. If newspapers reveal his name, he will kill himself. The newspapers say over a hundred people came forward and the public deserves to know. Now one judge has to choose between one man’s life and every woman’s right to be warned.

🚨Not saying everything's about to come out... but everything's about to come out.
🙌🙌 Also what exactly does Macron’s lawyer mean when he says they would consider “other ways” to hold me personally accountable despite the ruling. Your client is the sitting President of a foreign country that is currently on fire. He should maybe reflect and consider ways to be personally responsible to his countrymen. nytimes.com/2026/10/27/busin…
