My 2026 Senate map predictions: ✅ Alaska is Republican after Peldolta was caught trying to cheat. The NY times broke this story so you know it’s bad. Easy GOP win now. ✅ Texas is red. Talarico is just a cringier Beto. No contest. ✅ Iowa is close but let’s be honest. That will go red. Collins will ultimately win in Maine. She is loved by the people there. ✅ Ohio will go red. Vivek is annoying and weird but his opponent is a clown show. ✅ Michigan will go red. Rogers is going to decimate the Muslim Brotherhood candidate who hates Israel. Democrats basically handed us the win here. ✅ Nevada is almost red but I think it will ultimately go blue this midterm. ✅ Kansas is easy Republican win. Not even stressed about this one. TLDR: Republicans keep the Senate 53-47 Bookmark this and get used to seeing all the red!

The last two times this Kansas Senate seat has been elected, pollsters missed to the left by 8.4 and 11.6 points. Don't be shocked when Marshall wins Kansas by 9+

Color Revolution Coup Unfolds in Real Time: My Markey video hit over 527k views. Votebeat’s Editor in Chief, previously served as research director at (CREW), the group co-founded by Norman L. Eisen. Make this one go viral as well. It is also downloadable so share with your community.
Votebeat Panel on Federal Election Interference One Week Before Midterms: Allegations Lack Evidence! Votebeat’s Editor in Chief, previously served as research director at (CREW), the group co-founded by Norman L. Eisen. In a Votebeat event held one week before the 2026 midterms, Orange County Registrar Bob Page described ongoing Department of Justice requests and lawsuits seeking unredacted voter data and ballot segregation for individuals on federal lists of suspected non-citizens. Page stated that he was not looking to simply refuse cooperation and instead wanted officials to determine exactly what California and federal law allow so the county can respond appropriately. Page noted that hundreds of thousands of ballots had already been separated from their envelopes, making segregation of those ballots impossible under California rules that prohibit identifying marks on ballots once removed, and that his office would continue processing ballots and encouraging early voting without interruption while awaiting court guidance. Caltech professor Michael Alvarez characterized the underlying allegations as failing to meet academic standards for evidence and described them as a big nothing burger with respect to the claims. Alvarez said Orange County voter registration data is among the most accurate and clean in the country, and he argued that the lawsuits and lists appear designed to distract election officials, generate confusion among the electorate and stakeholders, and potentially set the stage for later interference after Election Day. Carrie Levine, Votebeat’s Editor in Chief, previously served as research director at Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), the group co-founded by Norman L. Eisen, but she was not a speaker on this panel. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington was first established in 2003 with origins around 2001 to 2002 primarily as a progressive counterweight to conservative government watchdog groups. Founders included Norman L. Eisen, later Obama’s ethics counsel and ambassador to the Czech Republic, and Melanie Sloan, a former federal prosecutor and Democratic congressional staffer. Early backers and the founders described it as intended to even the playing field against conservative legal groups that had targeted the Clinton administration in the 1990s. The organization filed roughly 180 lawsuits against the Trump administration by January 2018, and its site currently lists more than 28 ongoing lawsuits. These coordinated legal and public messaging efforts around election administration lawsuits are intended to capture public opinion, mobilize radicals, cripple the federal government’s capacity to react, and destabilize the country. Public mobilization would demonstrate outrage with the intent to place pressure on the Supreme Court if an emergency petition were filed. This is why voters must choose common sense candidates in this midterm cycle. The modern Jacobins are out for blood, and only a decisive choice at the ballot box can save our republic. Although the speakers on the panel and the host Jessica Huseman from Votebeat do not themselves have a documented direct past or present affiliation with CREW, they function as ancillary media that help promulgate the related messaging around federal election lawsuits and administration actions. This cast of actors seeks to delegitimize the Department of Justice and the current President.

So a sitting United States Senator goes on camera a week before Election Day and says "we have lawyers who are already drafting the emergency case to be brought to the Supreme Court of the United States before the election and then in the immediate aftermath"… before the election. Not after a single vote was counted, not after anything happened, but before. And then Ed Markey keeps going, thousands of lawyers getting ready to be deployed at election stations in the key states, and "we have to be ready on Election Day to have a national strike," with millions of people coming out of their homes to protest what he already calls an electoral crime. A crime that has not happened yet, on a day that has not happened yet. Let me explain what you are looking at. When you write the lawsuit before the election and stage the crowd before the results, you are not protecting an election, you are pre-contesting one, and the outcome only counts if it goes your way. Now imagine a Republican senator saying those exact words on camera… how long before every network was running the word insurrection around the clock? I watched them call people like us dangerous for asking questions about machines. Markey plans the strike out loud and it is just another interview in Boston. @SenMarkey, if you are so sure you are winning big, why are the Supreme Court briefs already written? Go vote. All of you.
Markey Reveals Color Revolution Plan: Unions & Workers to Shut Down Nation? Senator Markey must have participated in the organized Ed Holder Election War Game Exercises. In a interview conducted today, Senator Ed Markey stated that lawyers were already drafting an emergency case to bring before the U.S. Supreme Court both before and immediately after the election. He added that thousands of lawyers were being prepared for deployment to key polling stations across multiple states. Markey further said preparations needed to include readiness for a national strike on Election Day, with millions of people taking to the streets to protest what he described as an attempted electoral crime. He specifically called for workers, unions, and businesses to shut down in a manner similar to the response in Minneapolis following the deaths of Alex Freddi and Renee Goode. Markey argued that the president was growing increasingly desperate because Republican fortunes had slipped, citing repeated visits to Texas to protect an otherwise safe Senate seat and campaigning in historically safe Republican states such as Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. The Senator predicted that an anticipated large Democratic victory would prompt some Republicans in the House and Senate to distance themselves from the MAGA agenda rather than become “sacrificial lambs.” Markey expressed concern that desperation could lead to the deployment of ICE agents or the military, and he said the public mobilization would demonstrate outrage to the Supreme Court if an emergency petition were filed. This is why voters must choose common sense candidates in this midterm cycle. The modern Jacobins are out for blood, and only a decisive choice at the ballot box can save our republic.
