No serious analysts believe that such large scale attacks that aim to circumvent Russia's air defences are done without NATO participation. After surviving the Cold War, today’s political class seems determined to risk triggering a nuclear war.
Your entire premise in BRICS is to *diminish* America and the West. You have stated you want to exclude the US dollar in trade and even turn BRICS into a military bloc to counter USA.
