FYI, Warren Buffett is the only person living who has traded through the last Fourth Turning. If/when he passes (and I sincerely hope he lives forever), there will be no one left managing risk who understands how fat the tails are in the distribution of probable economic, policy, and market outcomes.
Things are highly likely to get very weird over the next 5–10 years. Make sure you have a plan (read: systematic process). If you think you're smart enough to rely solely upon what's between your ears, best of luck with that! I sincerely mean it.

The reason for this is that at the beginning and end of each month, institutional investors are receiving inflows which they invest, resulting in higher stock prices.

As we await the Warsh mistake. all I can say is the bind market doesn't really want a rate hike, it wants the US to actually demonstrate it can stop the debt from growing.
That's not likely anytime soon. All this rate hike will do is cement the future rate hies already priced in, and will result in another pile drive into economic activity.
I hate that there are so many stupid people in power right now.
