I hereby with the power invested in me do declare the phrase “small dick energy” will now be renamed “Pete Hegseth energy”. Anyone who fails to use the correct term will be charged with treason and be executed via firing squad live on CSPAN.

Historian of fascism here. This is an escalation of an attempt to normalize extreme violence, ritualize violence, militarize the country, and make violence entertaining so when they ask you to commit violence in their name, you will be ready.
Trump & Hegseth aren't just proposing to livestream an execution for people who want to watch.
They're proposing to broadcast a man being shot to death, even if deserved by our system, and even if you agree with this version of the death penalty, knowing that the footage will be clipped, shared, and pushed into social media feeds.
Including those of our children. The gruesome image will be everywhere.
Parents will have virtually no control over whether their kids see it. Once those images are released, there is no taking them back.
Hope all the parents in the Trump Admin are cool with that.

Not to mention half a million from auto insurance. Byron Donalds has a lot of corporate and special interest donors who have put up millions for his campaign. They will want a return on their investment if he is elected.

As Hurricane Isaias quickly approaches the Florida Panhandle, there is an increased chance of flooding and heavy rain here in Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Make sure you are prepared for the storm and following any important updates at pinellas.gov/alert-pinellas/ & weather.gov/tbw!

Hurricane Isaias is approaching the Gulf Coast. This is the time to follow the direction of our current Governor as he mobilizes state resources; to heed the direction of the Florida National Guard, which performs so well in this moment; and to listen to the guidance of local first responders as they put themselves at risk to keep us safe.
For more information on the storm and resources to help, visit: floridadisaster.org/updates
As Isaias arrives, let’s be there for each other in the days to come.

I believe Trump is perhaps in the process of using ICE and other federal agents/cultists to incite riots. He will then use these riots as a pretext for declaring some sort of martial law by executive order. This latest ICE shooting in NYC may be the start of something far worse.

Happening now in Madrid, Spain:
Protesters march to the apartment that Maricarmen Abascal was evicted from, which sparked the nationwide protests for decent housing for all.
She would still be alive if not for the greed of the corporate landlord class.

The level of income and wealth inequality in the U.S. is beyond insane.
The top 0.00001% (just 20 households) now owns over $4 trillion — more than 12 times the wealth of the bottom 50% COMBINED.
We must defeat oligarchy. Billionaire wealth tax NOW.

They are waiting any chance to shoot.
They think this as a fun game.
Absolutely no other country has such goverment security forces.

Mamdani: There is no explanation for these tactics. There is no explanation for federal officers firing this many rounds into a car that has a five year old in the car. Look at how many people live right here. This is a residential neighborhood. We are right here by a subway.
And the pretext of ICE is, in their words, to keep this country safe. How is it keeping everyone safe to have, as you just heard from the police commissioner, individuals wearing construction vests in masks with long guns? Residents have no idea if these are law enforcement agents, or if they are simply attacking someone on the street. And when it comes to ICE, it begs the question, what's the difference? There is no explanation for this.

The man we're going to publicly execute is now a paraplegic.
I'm not saying he doesn't deserve to die for killing 13 people, but are we really gonna wheel this mutherfucker out & shoot him dead in front of the entire world ?? 😳

This just happened at the Iowa debate.

The first public execution of a criminal under trump regime. Then, other citizen’s public executions of other enemies. Then, public executions of you or your kids. Hello Iran, hello Taliban. Nice to welcome you to America. Petey is auditioning for ICC.

Hegseth is Trump's mini me. Vain, makeup wearing, cosplay tough guy, with nothing but performative bluster. He doesn't fully understand the magnitude of his role. He's just an empty, vacuous suit, who is performing in his own reality TV show.
Nobody is more like Trump.

Two years ago, Hurricane Milton struck our community while families across the Gulf Coast were still reeling from Hurricane Helene. My husband and I were living on Treasure Island at the time, and we watched the storm surge rush in and recede, leaving destruction in its wake.
For many families, Milton came before they had even begun to recover from Helene. Homes were already damaged, infrastructure was already strained, and many were still displaced. The toll on our communities was extraordinary.
We owe it to Florida families to strengthen our infrastructure, prepare our communities for the storms ahead, and make sure people have the resources and support they need before, during, and long after disaster strikes.
We endured Helene and Milton together. We will never forget what our families went through, and we must never stop working to make our communities safer, stronger, and more resilient.
