Three years ago, BPC-157 changed my life. I had chronic shoulder pain from poor bench formโ€”heavy resistance training with the wrong elbow angle. I could still train with lighter weights, but anything under 8 reps was out of the question. I didnโ€™t want to take time off and lose muscle mass. At 42, Iโ€™m focused on longevityโ€”and maintaining strength as we age is non-negotiable. I decided to try an 8-week cycle of BPC-157 (20mg total). By week 2, the pain was completely gone. And it never came back. That alone would be impressiveโ€”but what really changed everything was this: BPC didnโ€™t just heal my shoulder. It opened my eyes to the potential of regenerative peptides. Since then Iโ€™ve used compounds that support fat loss, muscle growth, mental clarity, energy, recovery, and more. I feel stronger, leaner, and sharper in my 40s than I did in my 30s. Peptides are the future of human optimization. And it all started with BPC-157. Have you tried peptides and what has been your experience? Follow me to learn more.

Your mitochondria could have perfect fuel delivery and still underperform if the machinery is disorganized. That's why SS-31 and CoQ10 make such a complimentary pairing. SS-31 interacts with cardiolipin, a phospholipid in the inner mitochondrial membrane that helps keep the energy-producing machinery organized. CoQ10 has a different job. It carries electrons between complexes in the electron transport chain, which helps keep up the flow that ultimately supports ATP production. Think of your mitochondria as a power plant: โ€ข SS-31 supports the structure the machinery runs in.โ€จโ€ข CoQ10 moves energy through that machinery. You need both the infrastructure and the electron-transfer system working properly. Different pieces of the same system, although combining them hasn't been proven to produce better outcomes in humans.

We wanted our KLOW to be way better than the typical GHK-Cu-heavy blend. Then we wouldn't have to compete on price. We did this, and we made it the cheapest anyway. I wanted more of the peptides doing the heavy lifting on connective tissue repair, cellular migration, angiogenesis and inflammation. BPC-157 and TB4 hit repair through different pathways, while KPV adds another layer of inflammatory control. GHK-Cu still matters a lot for collagen, elastin, skin quality and tissue remodeling. We just didn't see a reason to keep piling more copper peptide into the blend when we could spend that formulation budget on more BPC-157, TB4 and KPV instead. It costs us more to make. That was the point. Traditional KLOW is usually 50mg GHK-Cu + 10mg BPC-157 + 10mg TB4 + 10mg KPV. It already covers a lot of ground: GHK-Cu for collagen and tissue remodeling, BPC-157 and TB4 for repair, and KPV for inflammation control. For KLOW 2.0, we kept GHK-Cu at 50mg and pushed the rest much harder: 50mg GHK-Cu 30mg BPC-157 30mg TB4 15mg KPV
KLOW 2.0 Deal of the Week. $57.50 per vial for a 10 pack. 50mg GHK-Cu. 30mg BPC-157. 30mg TB4. 15mg KPV. In a 6ml amber vial. Free shipping. $0.47 per mg. Regenerativeresearch.co Ends Monday at 11:59pm MT. (For research use only. Not for human consumption)

One of the most common KPV questions from people who train: if it lowers inflammation, won't it blunt muscle growth? The worry makes sense. Muscle repair needs inflammation. After a hard session, immune cells move into damaged fibers to clear debris, and signals like IL-6 help wake up satellite cells, the muscle's own stem cells. Drugs that block IL-6 outright, and heavy chronic NSAID use, have both been linked to a weaker growth response in some studies. But inflammation starts the repair. It doesn't build the muscle. Growth runs on a separate cascade driven by mTOR, IGF-1, mechano growth factor and satellite cells fusing into the fiber. KPV isn't known to touch any of those. Its work is on NF-kB and cytokines like TNF-alpha and IL-8, mostly studied in gut tissue. Size of effect matters too. KPV dials inflammatory signaling down. A pharmaceutical IL-6 blocker shuts a pathway off. Those are very different interventions. There's even a case that KPV could help. Chronic low-grade inflammation from a bad gut, poor sleep or metabolic stress is known to drag down anabolic signaling and recovery. Lowering that background noise could leave a better environment for growth. For anyone who wants to be conservative, the timing logic is simple. The acute inflammatory signal peaks in the first few hours after training, so that's the window to leave alone.

When a neurosurgeon does his own deep dive and chooses BPC-157 + TB-500 after a 2-level back fusion, that gets my attention. These peptides arenโ€™t magic. They amplify angiogenesis, collagen deposition, and cellular migration. The biology makes sense. If he can be back to performing brain surgery in 5 weeks, imagine what this can do for normies like us.
Replying to @AbudBakri
I used BPC157 and TB500 after my 2 level lumbar fusion. I am a neurosurgeon, reasearched as much as I could. I think it definitely sped up my recovery. I had psoas hematoma post op, lost L3/4 nerve root function (partial). But was back to full time work/surgery in 5 weeks.

Day 3 of Epitalon (PO @ Bedtime) and I think itโ€™s starting to do its thing By โ€œbedtimeโ€ (10:30pm) Iโ€™m already starting to fade off. So Im just accepting it and drifting off into sleep It feels as if Iโ€™m sleeping through the entirety of the night, tracker is noting time awake which may just be larger movements or me flopping around like a fish while asleep Dreams are more memorable/vivid, much more so than the last 6 months My favorite part, so far, is that I have had ZERO grogginess in the morning Best sleep I have had in a very very long time and restfulness is phenomenal so far. Wake up feeling extremely relaxed while also ready to get the day going instantly Still fine tuning structure around sleep such as meal timing, and minimizing blue light exposure prior to bed time. Will continue to build that as we go along Last nightโ€™s sleep stats below. Normally my sleep total would be 4-5 hours with less than 50 min REM & deep sleep 3 straight nights with numbers shown below is quite the welcomed improvement. Looking forward to the progress to come

everyone runs GHK-Cu for skin. almost nobody talks about what it did to scarred lungs โ†’ cells from COPD lungs had stopped rebuilding collagen. on GHK they went back to work โ†’ lungs hit with a scarring drug: less scarring, less collagen piling up, TNF-ฮฑ and IL-6 down โ†’ given before an inflammatory hit, it shielded them. fewer immune cells flooding in, less fluid leaking into the airways calling it a skin peptide is selling it short it's lung cells and mice so far. no human trials yet anyone running GHK-Cu for more than skin?

GHK-Cu needs patience For the first 2 months you wonโ€™t notice much โ€จAfter that the compliments start coming out of nowhere Youโ€™ll catch yourself in the mirror looking better โ€จYouโ€™ll look good in almost every photo you take Loren Pickart, who discovered GHK in the early 1970s, estimated that roughly 100โ€“200 mg total would be needed for a comparable systemic effect in humans โ€จThat number is an extrapolation from earlier animal studies It lines up with what most biohackers report โ€จMost start at 1 mg a day and slowly go up to 5 mg โ€จAt those doses it takes about 2 months to hit 100โ€“200 mg total Note: This is not medical advice Injectable GHK-Cu has no randomized controlled human studies โ€จTopical GHK-Cu has better data - consult a dermatologist before using any creams
GHK-Cu is overwhelmingly an S tier peptide, she takes quite awhile to show results but it is BLUE MAGIC once it kicks in ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿป

12 days left to comment on HHS's peptide policy. As of early Sunday, zero public comments were posted on the docket. That count can lag what's actually been submitted, per Peptide Policy Watch. But the clock is real: comments close at 11:59 PM ET on Fri Nov 13, and late comments are not accepted. It was a quiet weekend. There's been no new federal action since the Oct 30 Federal Register notice (91 FR 68526, docket HHS-OASH-2026-0496). Quick recap of what's in it: โ€ข Six peptides: BPC-157, TB-500, epitalon, KPV, MOTS-c, semax โ€ข Applies only to state-licensed 503A pharmacies, federal facilities and licensed physicians โ€ข 10 conditions, including an FDA-registered CGMP manufacturer, valid COAs, patient-specific prescriptions, single-API products and MedWatch reporting โ€ข Not 503B outsourcing facilities, and not blends โ€ข Not FDA approval, and it doesn't add the peptides to the 503A bulks list On RUO: the policy text says it aims to discourage "research-use-only peptides supplied by foreign manufacturers." It gives no path for RUO sellers. What to watch this week: โ€ข The comment count on the docket at regulations.gov โ€ข State pharmacy boards. States aren't bound, and boards can be stricter or keep prohibitions (POLITICO). InsideHealthPolicy reports NABP and attorneys expect a state patchwork. โ€ข Any FDA proposed rule adding the six to the 503A bulks list. None has been scheduled. How to comment: through regulations.gov, under docket HHS-OASH-2026-0496, by 11:59 PM ET Nov 13. How many public comments will the docket show by Nov 13: under 1,000, 1,000 to 10,000, or over 10,000?

GH/secretagogues + BPC-157 ๐Ÿงฌ Could be a pretty beneficial pairing The pattern: GH/secretagogue โ†’ โฌ†๏ธ GH signaling โ†’ โฌ†๏ธ IGF-1 (mostly hepatic) โ†’ systemic growth & recovery signaling BPC-157 preclinical data has shown effects on angiogenesis, nitric oxide signaling, tissue repair, and fibroblast migration. One of the cooler findings of BPC-157? It has been reported to increase GH-receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts. That could potentially make those local cells more responsive to the GH signal thatโ€™s already elevated So you get: โ€ข GH/IGF-1 setting up the systemic recovery environment โ€ข BPC-157 influencing local vascular + connective-tissue signaling (and possibly receptor density) Once the signaling side has some extra juice, the substrate becomes the next piece of the puzzle ๐ŸฅฉProtein for the amino acids needed for new tissue and muscle protein synthesis. ๐ŸฆดCollagen / glycine-rich sources โ€” collagen is ~33% glycine and rich in glycine, proline & hydroxyproline (the amino acids actually concentrated in connective tissue) ๐ŸŠVitamin C for the enzymes that mature and stabilize collagen. โš™๏ธZinc for fibroblast function, extracellular-matrix remodeling, and wound-healing processes. โ˜€๏ธVitamin D supporting normal muscle recovery and function (deficiency can impair musculoskeletal health). GH/IGF-1 for the systemic signal, BPC-157 for the local repair angle, and the nutrition to actually supply the raw materials and cofactors

Epitalon ๐Ÿงฌ, to really move the lever on rest and recovery with Tesamorelin coming aboard the research trip. Epitalon gets the nod from the ball coach Epitalon, synthetic tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (AEDG) has a potential role in biological aging with an extremely interesting mechanism relating to telomere biology and longevity Preclinical work shows that Epitalon can increase hTERT expression, promote telomerase activity, and increase telomere length in human cell models. This work shows us some benefit in longevity. Pretty damn cool eh? Epitalon research has also been utilized to investigate for its effects on: - Circadian regulation - Pineal/melatonin signaling - Oxidative stress - Cellular senescence - Neuroendocrine function The longevity angle is as intriguing as almost anything Iโ€™ve researched in the current peptide world. But what am I focusing my sights on for this research? Circadian regulation For this winter, Iโ€™m focused on the circadian regulation, oxidative stress and melatonin signaling because recovery is CRUCIAL Shorter days mean changes in our light exposure and circadian cues. My sleep also tends to be significantly worse during the winter months So Iโ€™m interested to see how much impact this little guy can have on my sleep/circadian rhythm during the darker months. And Iโ€™m excited for it, love the anecdotal reports Iโ€™ve read @RegenRandy has a lovely breakdown of this Epitalon angle that Iโ€™ll attach below. Itโ€™s pretty kick ass Looking forward to the next 3-4 months of research. Weโ€™ve got Tirz, Tesa And Epitalon involved for this rodeo. Spot doses of TA1 Weโ€™re ready to rock through the cold months Labs, observations and data to come Letโ€™s research ๐Ÿงช Not medical advice.
