1. Global warming will continue until we reach net-zero.
2. The climate consequences will keep getting worse until we reach net-zero.
3. After reaching net-zero we will have to live and suffer in a warmer world for generations.
Do we act now or delay further?

"From banning short-haul domestic flights to phasing out plastic bottles, what strikes me about Franceβs climate policies is what sits behind them. An administration committed to climate education and training at an institutional level."

Science is not a belief system
You cannot pick & choose which bits to believe & which to deny
Science is a rational/logical system based on collecting observations & evidence which modern society is based

This is not βthe new normalβ. The climate crisis will continue to escalate and get worse as long as we stick our heads in the sand and prioritise profit and greed over people and planet. We are still sleepwalking towards the edge.

βThe probability of one of the next five years surpassing the limit is now 50%/.../ As recently as 2015, there was zero chance of this happening in the following five years. But this surged to 20% in 2020 and 40% in 2021.β
