Terrible #Customerservice from @AskNationwide - just nobody takes responsibility and wrong information given each time.
When using a third party for transactions @AskNationwide is it yours or theirs responsibility to make sure service is good? Reference to Swift payments! #CustomerService
Sent a Swift payment through #Nationwide at the end of December - payment went through #HSBC (As Nationwide can't make international payments) - Info received by recipient didn't match so was refunded - 2 months and no refund. Stuck with HSBC and Nationwide says not their problem
Not sure this #cocktail quite matches up to the one advertised - #Cambridge @revscambridge – at Cambridge, England
