Cannabinoids suppress tumor growth and invasion in glioblastoma! Aggressive GBM brain tumors resist current treatments and have short survival times. Cannabinoids can act on altered endocannabinoid receptors in GBM to slow growth, reduce invasion, and trigger autophagy. Preclinical work shows they may also improve response to chemotherapy; early clinical data indicate good safety and possible survival gains. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4167…

Scientists found a brand-new cannabis compound that hits pancreatic cancer cells hard! Researchers isolated six related natural compounds (called dihydrostilbenes) from the leaves of cannabis plants grown in Jammu, India. Five of them were already known; one, named canniprene B, is new. They tested all six compounds for their ability to kill or slow the growth of cancer cells in the lab (using the SRB assay) against five different types of human cancer cells. Canniprene B showed the strongest anticancer effects of the group. Its potency varied by cancer type, with the most powerful activity against pancreatic cancer cells. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3898…

In the future, the great division will be between those who have trained themselves to handle these complexities and those who are overwhelmed by them - those who can acquire skills and discipline their minds and those who are irrevocably distracted by all the media around them and can never focus enough to learn.

The secret to living is GIVING.  Yes, others who you give to will get benefits - material, spiritual, energy, etc., depending on what you give them.  But YOU will get even more benefit by GIVING them away. Let that sink in, and thank me later.

Hops (Humulus lupulus) were valued for more than brewing. Their dried cones were stuffed into pillows in the belief that their scent encouraged sleep. A hop-filled pillow was even prescribed for George III, and later became a fashionable remedy for sleeplessness. #FolkloreSunday

November’s birth flower, the chrysanthemum, symbolises friendship and ‘cheerfulness in adversity’ in the Victorian language of flowers. According to folklore, wearing one protects against divine wrath, while chrysanthemums grown in the garden are said to keep evil spirits at bay.

Jordan Peterson argues the crisis tearing the Western world apart isn't political or economic—it goes far deeper. When science stripped meaning from the world, it left something worse behind: suffering with no purpose and no story to make sense of it. In this lecture, Jordan explains why your values determine what you see, why stories carry a truth science can't, and what it costs a person—and a culture—when they aim at the wrong things. He also breaks down the psychology behind Snow White and Sleeping Beauty, and why those stories grip us whether we understand them or not. If your ambition keeps stalling, your relationships keep failing, or life feels like it's missing something you can't name—this one's worth your time. This lecture was filmed in Miami, Florida, on March 24, 2025.

Could Medical Cannabis Be a Game-Changer for PTSD? PTSD symptoms: Got much better at 30 and 70 days after starting medical cannabis. Nightmares: Decreased a lot, especially by day 70. Sleep: People slept longer, had better sleep quality, and improved overall sleep scores. Mood: Negative feelings (like sadness or anger) decreased, and mental health improved. Biggest changes: Most improvements were strongest between the start and 30 days, except for nightmares, which took until day 70 to show big improvement. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article…

Cannabis compounds may fight breast, prostate & colon cancers! Breast cancer findings: Trigger cancer cell death (apoptosis). Stop cancer cells from growing and spreading. Colorectal (colon/rectum) cancer findings: Kill or weaken colorectal cancer cells that resist regular chemotherapy. Block cancer spread (metastasis). Reduce new blood vessel growth in tumors. Lower inflammation, which can fuel cancer. Prostate cancer findings: Block the release of tiny packets that help cancer grow and spread. Slow cell growth. Prevent invasion into other tissues. Trigger cancer cell death. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3875…

Shocking Study Reveals How It Slows Breast, Colorectal & Prostate Cancer Growth! Cannabis and breast cancer (BC): BC cells have cannabinoid receptors. Studies in animals show cannabinoids can kill cancer cells, stop them from growing, and prevent them from spreading. THC and JWH-133 (a drug that activates CB2 receptors) slowed tumor growth in mice with BC. Cannabis and colorectal cancer (CRC): CBD reduces the survival of CRC cells that resist chemotherapy. CBD blocks a receptor (GPR55) needed for cancer to spread (metastasis). CBD reduces blood vessel growth in tumors (anti-angiogenic effect) by lowering vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). CBD also reduces inflammation, which can help fight cancer. Cannabis and prostate cancer (PC): PC cells have lots of CB1 and CB2 receptors. Cannabinoids stop the release of tiny particles (exosomes and microvesicles) that help cancer grow. Cannabinoids slow cancer cell growth, stop them from invading other tissues, reduce tumor-supporting tissue (anti-fibroblastic), halt cell division, and trigger cancer cell death (proapoptotic effects). pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3875…

Why are so many people turning to CBD-only products? Because of stupid laws. Researchers compared CBD-only product use across Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Germany using a large 2024 survey of nearly 80,000 adults. Use was highest in the US and lowest in Australia and New Zealand; purchases generally followed each country’s legal options. Oils (27–47%) and edibles (20–34%) were the most common forms. Main reasons were pain (32–49%), anxiety (30–47%), and depression (24–31%). Having a medical cannabis prescription was the strongest predictor of past-year CBD use (3–15 times higher depending on country). In the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, about one-third of ever-users said they chose CBD-only products because they could not legally access medical cannabis. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4276…

What if medical cannabis could help chronic pain patients get off long-term opioids? Those using cannabis >30 days were compared with those using it ≤30 days; stopping opioids meant a 45+ day gap in prescriptions. Cannabis users were about twice as likely to stop opioids. The link was strongest at lower doses and mid-range doses; no clear effect at high doses. Medical cannabis use was linked to higher rates of opioid discontinuation, which may reduce risks from long-term opioid therapy. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4295…

You have two paths in front of you: both lead to material wealth.  You can follow the path of love and forgiveness, which will lead to bliss AND give you ALL the material things you desire, or you can follow the most common road to riches…which is to seek riches above all else. You CAN be a mean, hateful, angry, critical, condemning, judgmental, vengeful person and achieve massive wealth. Many who have wealth are just like that. Or you can follow a path of love, forgiveness, understanding, acceptance, and peace.  You have a choice.

Saying it again.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: chronically ill people don’t fake being sick, we fake being well. All. The. Time.
