Sunday trails. Hope everyone is well and still running all the miles ❤️🙌

Felt a little zone fivey this morning 😌

Sunday trails, wild flowers, and fresh rain water flowing in the stream 😌

A few miles on this beautiful Central Texas morning. This little deer was trotting along the road in front of me for awhile, taunting me, slowing down and then speeding up, like she knew I was too slow to catch her 😆 Happy Friday!

🙌

The air feels gross this morning. Too warm and humid. I'll be staying in with A/C the rest of the day! 6 gross miles ✅

6 miles and some hills on this beautiful Central Texas evening. Goodnight y'all ♥️

Good morning run fam ❤️ Anyone else feel like this week is just dragging on? Feels like it's been Friday for a couple of days. 5 miles done and dusted.

Easy 7 with some hills. I'm loving these morning temps. I need to take advantage before the relentless summer heat rolls in. Have a beautiful day ❤️

A few miles before work and after the rain, so refreshing. Happy Monday ❤️

Sunday morning trails ❤️

Another zone 5 trail race with crazy hills and some very steep stairs which almost took me out! I felt stronger than last weekend though. Happy running ❤️

A few easy miles before work ✅ Have a beautiful Friday and Easter weekend ♥️

Ran all the little hills this morning. Mostly in zone 5 but I don't care, it was fun. Happy Thursday ❤️
