Some additional notes to consider that this post ‘forgot’:
- 1 PLL Championship (2021)
- 3 Straight Championship Games (2020, 2021, 2022)
- 2 Semi Finals (2019, 2024)
- the STAFF got PLL Coach of the Year in 2019
All ‘despite a losing record’ under @AndyTowersPLL
The @PLLChaos made two runs to the championship game, despite posting a losing record under Andy Towers…
How would you grade his tenure with the team? 📊🤔

🗣 Luka Modrić on the 2018 World Cup final: "When I was a kid I daydreamed about becoming the best. When this dream came true, while I was lifting that Golden Ball, the only feeling I had was sadness.
It should have been the happiest moment of my career, but it wasn't. We lost the final. I tried not to look at the trophy, but I couldn't. It was heartbreaking.
For a moment I imagined them handing me that trophy. I would have raised it to the sky, we would have shouted together. How nice that would have been...
I ceased to exist after the final whistle vs France. Someone told me I had been chosen as the best player of the tournament. They explained to me what to do, I couldn't memorize anything. I was looking for a place to hide as soon as possible to break down and cry.
My teammates helped me not to break down emotionally. I tried not to cry and stay focused. The whole world was watching me and I couldn't afford to ridicule myself, my friends and my country.
When I was on the podium the memory of my grandfather Luka crossed my mind. How happy and proud of me he would have been if he could have witnessed the realization of my dreams! I was 6 when they killed him not far from home..." [My Game]

Father figure. Made me a man. Leader. Best person, but more importantly in mentorship for right reasons. Breakups, death in family, tough time - always there for the Kemps. 4 ILT. 2022 NCAA bid. Covid. Suspensions. Slam dunk for whoever hires him. Thank YOU COACH.

#Rutgers’ Trevor Yeboah-Kodie is an interesting prospect who will be attending the #Jets and #Giants local days this week.
Listed as an athlete, Yeboah-Kodie (5-11, 206) was a four-year lacrosse standout at Brown, where he was an All-American defensive middle and team captain. With the extra Covid year, Yeboah-Kodie pivoted to football — a sport he hadn’t played in four years — walking on at Rutgers as a RB before being moved to DB to hone in on tackling. Became a force on special teams.
Ran a 4.40 at @RFootball’s pro day, where he took part in RB and DB position work. He’s since garnered some buzz on the heels of a strong showing. My understanding is that he’s being viewed as a RB.
