I happened to be in the village of Turmusayya when it was cut off from the outside world by the occupation. Palestinians in the West Bank lost the little freedom of movement they had for an entire week because of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot. The IOF used the holiday as an excuse to shut down Palestinian roads and block entire towns and villages from leaving.
