The study identifies significant gaps in public disclosure, financial reporting, and decision-making processes, particularly at Gwadar Port. It recommends digital transparency tools, greater stakeholder engagement, public access to governance information, and stronger accountability mechanisms to align Pakistan’s ports with international best practices.
