क्या उनका कहना कानूनी है ? क्या उनका कहना संविधान के दायरे में उचित है ? प्रधानमंत्री को इसका आत्म परीक्षण करना चाहिए.
हिंदुस्तान की जनता लोकतंत्र को अपनी आत्मा मानती है, ऐसी बातों का कभी समर्थन नहीं कर सकती.
अगर इसी प्रकार से प्रधानमंत्री जी अगर देश चलाना चाहते हैं, तो देश की जनता इसको कभी बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी.

#Imp: As much as the right-wing trolls would love to see a controversy here and mislead people, Justice Kaul is right:
1. This was at a private function.
2. Justice Kaul was a private citizen, having retired two years before that.
3. No question of mentoring—I’ve been in touch with 100s of lawyers, judges, and ex-judges since my reporting years.
4. “Taper it down” is an advice I have gotten from literally EVERYONE who loves and/or supports my work lol. Justice Kaul was kind enough to also speak his mind with me. And that is exactly how it should be!
5. The issue here is not about who was photographed with whom. The issue here is the grave revelations by Justice Kaul that paint a very dark and dangerous state of our judiciary, proving institutional capture. Rest is all a DISTRACTION.
The photo with Saurav Das @SauravDassss was when he had nothing to do with politics and I was a private citizen. Is this how things will be determined: Justice Kaul.
